**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like Donorbox for its ease of use and the trust it has from the public, which is important to our organization. It allows donors to give in any amounts and schedule ongoing gifts. The platform is easy for donors, especially with the ability to easily click and give, something our high-ranking military members appreciate due to data security. I also found the initial setup straightforward, as I just had to set up the registration and pay for the account, after which our website developer team managed the rest.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

My web developer says there are some integration issues around MemberPress and web hooks.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox allows donors to give in any amounts and schedule ongoing gifts. It's easy to use and trusted by the public, which is important for our high-ranking military organization.

I like that Donorbox is designed to help nonprofit organizations streamline the donation process. One of its key strengths is its flexibility, allowing me to accept both one-time and recurring donations. I also appreciate how I can manage donor information efficiently and track fundraising performance in real-time. The tools Donorbox provides were easy to set up, everything was already designed, making it very easy to get going.

One area that could be improved is the customization of certain features, which can feel somewhat limited depending on specific needs. Additionally, some advanced functionalities may require a bit of time to fully understand. However, overall, the platform remains very user-friendly and effective.

I appreciate Donorbox for providing quick and easy access to funding for my nonprofit. I really like that people can donate after seeing the donation button on my website, even if I don't know them. The setup was not complicated, which made getting started easy, especially with a friend's help. I value that I can customize the areas of giving, allowing me to write about the different programs we have so donors can choose one to support.

Connecting to my for-profit business isn't as seamless as I'd like. It's hard to easily connect the two.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

With the free account, I appreciate that recurring donations are included. The forms are straightforward to use and make it easy to track donor information. It was also very simple to embed the form on our website, which helped us get set up quickly.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

It’s not a concern, but it would be great to have an option for creating a legacy donation. Additionally, we’ve noticed that some donors provide incorrect or fake email or mailing addresses, which has caused challenges when sending thank-you notes. Having a way to validate donor email addresses would be ideal.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our main challenges has been retaining donors over time. The recurring donation feature has made a significant difference, helping us maintain donor relationships while also increasing the frequency of donations.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like that Donorbox is very easy to use and very straightforward. It's incredibly easy for individuals to use, which was important for me as an administrator because it allowed me to set it up easily, and then individuals could create and share their own donation pages without needing much help or assistance from me. This ease of adoption for users is something I really love about it.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Honestly, there's very few. I think cloning campaigns could be easier. Sometimes it is a little bit difficult to remember the correct way to do things. I know Donorbox can do it, but with so many options, it can be a little bit hard sometimes to zoom in on how to do the one specifically you want.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox makes it easy to have multichannel ways to gather donations, essential because we are a small entity with much individual fundraising. It provides flexible options and is straightforward for individuals to set up and use, requiring little help from administrators.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I really value all the contributions and features that Donorbox provides. I appreciate that it can generate tax-deductible donation letters and paperwork. It's also very intuitive and user-friendly. I find it very easy to generate a QR code for our in-person flyers to direct people to Donorbox for donations. The platform saves us a lot of time by removing some of the administrative burdens that revolve around the donation process. The initial setup was extremely easy and fast, taking less than five minutes.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I feel the user interface is a little bit dated, like from the early 2000s. However, it's still very intuitive and not a true issue.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox solves logistical challenges and reduces administrative tasks, saving our volunteer team time. It generates necessary forms for tax-deductible donations and works seamlessly with Stripe to manage funds. Switching from manual processes to Donorbox removed significant admin burdens from the donation process.

What I like most about Donorbox is how simple it makes online fundraising, it’s easy to set up, and donors can give quickly without a complicated process. It also integrates smoothly with websites and tools I already use, which saves a lot of time. Plus, the recurring donation feature is a huge help for building consistent support over time.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

One downside of Donorbox is that some of the more useful features are only available in the paid plans, which can be limiting for smaller organizations.

DonorBox is incredibly easy to set up and use for fundraising. Everything works as exepcted without fuss. Everything I needed to set up a campaign was clearly laid out in the DonorBox interface. It was incredibly easy to connect to our website.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

It's a very minor quibble, but I found it difficult to figure out how to make a donate button for my non-profit's website that was a bit larger than the options they offered by default.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rely heavily on donations for our funding. We were having trouble using the tools that came as part of our website's functionality to do that. DonorBox has removed the friction from our donation process. We no longer lose potential donors because of technical difficulties in the process.

I like using Donorbox because it makes it quick and easy to handle monthly subscriptions. It automatically comes out of people's accounts so they don't have to constantly think about it. This feature was a major attraction for me. Additionally, the initial setup was actually super simple.

The rates are a little bit high, I think, but at the same time, you're not paying for the programs, so it balances out.

I use Donorbox to receive international donations, allowing people worldwide to donate in their currency while I receive it in dollars. It's quick and easy for monthly subscriptions, automatically deducting from accounts so donors don't have to constantly think about it.

I find Donorbox extremely seamless and user-friendly for running all our fundraisers. It really helps my organization stay organized by keeping all information in one place. It's been a great help for our nonprofit since we don't have a lot of team members, and starting a fundraiser from scratch is tough. Donorbox makes it easy for me, even though I had no prior experience with fundraisers. We managed to raise around $44,000 effortlessly. I love how easy it is to create the fundraiser, add links to our website, and get donations quickly. It keeps all donor details super organized, which I can easily share with my team, helping us stay on the same page about the funds. Overall, using Donorbox has been really stable and efficient for us.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

The only problem that I had initially was trying to add another team member to the campaign, and even after sending the chats to the help team, their responses weren't helpful, and I ended up having to figure it out on my own.

I use Donorbox to run our fundraisers. It's easy to use and keeps everything organized, which helps us manage donor information and keep our records straight. It saves me from tedious work, allowing my small team to start fundraisers easily.

Donorbox is super user friendly. The event template was easy to implement, the instructions are clear. We have used Donorbox for our Homeschool prom for the last two years with great success. The integrations with our payment providers was very simple. The parents love the option to donate and to also help us pay the fees. The emails from customer support with resources and information have proven invaluable.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I am an old lady and prefer printed, perforated tickets taken at the door!

Donor tracking is a huge benefit of using Donorbox. I don't have to create a spreadsheet to keep track of who is giving to our organization!

I love the layouts of donor and event pages. It's so easy to use and the report generating is very simple.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I don't like the fees charged by donorbox in addition to the fees the CC processors charge. I also wish the event feature had the option to do floor plans and to integrate with our DonorDock database. Lastly, I wish the event feature allowed guests to manage their tables and invite guests.

I like that Donorbox allows us to create several campaigns and websites for different fundraising initiatives. It's handy when donors want their funds earmarked for certain students, programs, or scholarships because we can create separate campaigns with their own webpages that funnel into separate bank accounts. I like the clean interface and ease of use. It keeps donor information and creates an email list for future fundraising emails, reducing abandoned carts and enabling us to target people associated with a campaign in the future effectively. Donorbox is easier to use and navigate for both donors and my team compared to what we used before, and the initial setup was simple.

Nothing - we have no complaints

Easy integration for the NGOs site and not to do any designing or anything just set up and you are good to go.

They are not providing testing mode for donation. So incase if you want some action after the success of payment, you have to do real payment.

I can use it anywhere in the website in one click once its setup so collecting donation has become easy. Its performance is also good . Give option for the color which is good to match your site.

Setting up the page was efficient and quick. It's also easy to edit, and I appreciate that donations come in clearly, making it easy for the donors too.

I use Donorbox for fundraising and it makes it easier for people to donate to our organization. I like its friendly user interface and found the initial setup incredibly easy. The user-friendly interface was very helpful, and even though integrating with payment merchants like Stripe and PayPal was a bit challenging, it was not Donorbox's fault. I also find the donations overview beneficial because it provides great insights into who donated and when.

Maybe it'd be better if there were even more options to customize the form that's embedded in the website.

It's also really straightforward to get the money that we raised through donations to the nonprofit. Setting it up was one of the easiest processes I've experienced, taking me less than five minutes. It's been wonderful overall.

I really like being able to create campaigns and handle offline donations easily. Donorbox makes it super convenient to automatically generate yearly tax receipts, which is such a blessing for our small team. I find it great that I can embed Donorbox everywhere and integrate it with pretty much everything. The simplicity in using different platforms like Apple Pay, stocks, or crypto for donations, as well as the ease of embedding and using forms, makes it easy to bring support into the ministry. Having a website where I can natively or easily embed through Squarespace helps match colors to the site, and it just makes a lot of things easier. Plus, I found the initial setup to be very easy, which was great since I had to do it myself due to our small team.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I wasn't able to take a stock donation because I wasn't on the paid plan yet. I don't have enough support and donation revenue yet to do that, so having that would be nice. Also, anything I can integrate with, like email marketing or church management software, would be awesome. If I could manage my community there instead of having to integrate with other platforms, that would be great.

Setting up campaigns on Donorbox is extremely easy thanks to the simple, step-by-step instructions, allowing even someone without any experience to set it up very easily.

I think the CRM component was still in development and could definitely use some improvement. There was a bit of challenges being able to use the list option as well. I didn't find that was as useful for sending mass email lists to certain segments of donors or tracking them differently. Also, because I don't pay for the CRM process anymore, I can no longer access the API, which doesn't allow me to connect to other platforms.

I personally found the process much easier to use compared to our previous fundraising platform. The fees with Donorbox were considerably less, and the technique they use to invite donors to cover fees for our organization increased the donations we received. We received the funds within a few days of the donation instead of monthly like with our previous vendor. Donorbox also provides our potential donors with the option to use credit cards through Stripe or PayPal, which really gives our donors different ways to pay and eliminates excuses for not contributing. I also appreciate the clarity regarding where our funds come from and the timeliness of their receipt.

There have been a few instances where the donor selected recurring when they meant to make it a one-time donation, and I have had difficulty editing the account. I would like more access for the administrator to edit accounts of donors as needed.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like that there's a lot baked in with Donorbox. It provides donor receipts automatically to people who donate to us, which takes a lot of stress off our very, very small team since we don't have to track things additionally. It's great that it's available 24/7, so we don't have to be around to track and get those donations. I would say in general, the user experience is pretty decent. It's nice to have software that's easy for most of our volunteers to use.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

It's kind of hard to track our users, so we end up putting them in a Google Sheet anyways. There's always a functionality that we are wishing we had, mostly around analyzing our donors and being able to import and export donors without using intense CSV formats. Some logging doesn't always make sense, so it would be nice to log donations more holistically. The back end can be tough to use, especially when building campaign pages. Photos are often stretched, and there's not much room for custom design, unlike platforms like Squarespace. Sometimes it feels a little cheap, and it doesn't look sleek, which might affect donors' perception of security.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donorbox helps us accept donations easily from various payment methods like cash and Stripe, keeps donations organized, and provides automatic donor receipts, reducing stress for our small team.

I like Donorbox for its ease of use and low cost to our nonprofit. It provides a simple way for us to collect donations quickly and without paying high transaction fees, which helps us gain more money for our nonprofit. The fact that it easily integrates into our website through an embed code is also a plus. Visitors can fill out the form and donate money easily.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

Honestly, it works pretty well without any complaint. I would say if there's any improvement, it would be being able to white label or no label the forms so that it just looks like a native part of the website instead of clearly being marked as Donorbox. Would love for it to integrate with High Level or Lead Connector directly.

I use Donorbox to quickly collect donations without expensive fees, including recurring ones. It boosts our nonprofit's funds by reducing transaction costs, easily integrates into our website, and provides a user-friendly form for donors.

**What do you like best about Donorbox?**

I like the relative ease of use of Donorbox and its decent support. It was easy to deploy and integrate, and it's easy to administer by non-technical staff. Additionally, when there are issues, their support is responsive. Donorbox is feature-rich, allowing for event ticketing and the ability to add donations to tickets, which is valuable to me. The option for monthly recurring donations and allowing donors to cover payment processing fees are features I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Donorbox?**

I found the event ticketing process a bit clunky, and the day-of attendee check-in is borderline useless. The event ticketing needs more options regarding ticket types and more flexibility in designing the event itself. The check-in process needs to be rebuilt from scratch; it has to be quick and reliable. Right now, it's the critical time when many people need to be checked in, but the system just bogs down. Scans don't work, things take forever, and we end up resorting to manual check-ins.

**What problems is Donorbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Donorbox for online donations, event ticketing, and donor management. It helps with upselling donations when selling event tickets and makes accepting donations online easy.

Donorbox makes it easy to spin up new campus with light weight forms that we can embed online. I was able to start our campaign in under and hour and they made it very easy. It integrated well into our website.

I wish it was a little more customizable, but I understand that it’s hard to make something that works for everyone.

I love that we can send our donors tax-deductible receipts for their donations with a click of a button, which saves us time and money. I use Donorbox for all our donations, to run project-specific campaigns, and to sell tickets for events. Donorbox helps with the organization and tracking of our donors and provides the immediate ability to receipt them for their charitable donations. The setup was fairly simple and quite intuitive. We selected Donorbox because of its affordability and features.

I would love to learn how we can incorporate company matching gifts on our Donorbox platform, so when a person makes a donation, they can search for their employer to see if their gift will be matched.
