It is very easy to use - extremely user-friendly. It also has amazing support. I was facing an issue with a contest we were trying to conduct in order to raise funds for our shelter van and when I reached out to support, a representative answered my question fully and quickly. She even offered examples of other people implementing the solution she suggested. That saved me a ton of time and helped me to get my campaign kicked off quickly and easily. We have almost reached our fundraising goal as a result. She then followed up to ensure I had my questions answered. I also really like the reporting features. They are simple and effective without being overloaded with unnecessary options. It makes my life easier when reporting to the accountant at the end of the month. They have even automated the fiscal year-end letter process for donors. I appreciate being able to export donation reports as well as lists of my donors. The fees are very reasonable as well. We don't pay anything on months that our donations do not exceed $1k and after that it is only 1.5%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Donorbox? I really can't think of anything that I dislike about it. It used to be the inability to duplicate a campaign, but they have since introduced that feature so I am at a loss to come up with anything negative about it. I guess if I had to name something, I wish some of their integrations were a little less expensive, but I don't really know if Donorbox sets that price or if the integrating platform does. I realize $8 per month for integration with MailChimp isn't much, but it can start to really add up and cut into our donations if you use 2-3 integrations. It has greatly increased donations made through our website and social media and the reporting tools help us to keep our accounting in order.
