Donorbox offers 3 plans to fit your nonprofit's size and budget: Standard, Pro, and Premium.

Donations incur a low platform fee that ranges from 1.75% to 3.95%, but when given the option, most donors choose to cover this fee during checkout. As a result, the Standard plan can become effectively free to use.

Donation transactions also incur processing fees, which are as follows:

Stripe credit card processing*: 2.9% + 30c
*Make sure to register as a nonprofit with Stripe for a discounted processing fee! You can email nonprofit@stripe.com.

ACH bank payments: 0.8% + a cap of $5

PayPal's nonprofit rate*: 1.99% + 30c
*Apply at PayPal's Nonprofit Center.

What do you like best about Donorbox?

I find Donorbox to be very easy to use and cost-effective, which is a major reason for choosing it. I appreciate how it consolidates all financial information in one place, making it easier to report to the campaign finance report. Additionally, I value the ability to create donation forms on my website and collect important information, allowing my donors to use their phones for donations.
