We don't want you to pay for features and services that you don't need, so we need to know a little more about your business in order to provide you an accurate quote. How do you define a worker?
A worker is anyone in your organization. Using workers (rather than just administrative users) is a unique competitive advantage when comparing to our competitors. We believe everyone should be part of the compliance conversation, and building a strong compliance culture is key to that. By having all your users in the EHS System, HSI can create more intelligent permissions and escalation settings, create unique user experiences, deliver ‘just in time’ learning and notifications, and much more.

Do I have to pay for every worker?
Don’t worry, a worker cost is a fraction of the price you would normally be charged per administrative worker.
You do not need to pay more for your administrative workers. In general, HSI is a more affordable platform than its competitors.

Do I have to get all the apps?
No, you can pick and choose the modules or choose your organizations biggest challenge (i.e. Worker Safety & Wellness, ESG, Chemical Management, Control of Work, Organizational Risk).

Are there long-term contracts?
HSI offers 1 to 5-year contracts.

Can I add more workers and/or more modules?
Yes, we can add more solutions or modules and/or workers to your plan once it has commenced.

What do you like best about HSI?

I use HSI as a learning and training platform because it allows me to access different courses and materials that help improve my knowledge and professional skills. HSI solves the problem of scattered learning materials by bringing everything into one easy-to-use platform. The thing I like most about HSI is how simple and organized the platform is, making learning easy and accessible. I really value the course library because it provides a wide range of useful training materials that are easy to access anytime. Using HSI alongside other tools for work is smooth. My team moved to HSI after using a different system, and it has been helpful for organizing training and improving accessibility. What do you like best about HSI?
