Not much to see here. Phone support reps we're friendly and knowledgeable, so that was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Donation Tracker?

Software-based, clumsy interface, no tutorials or manual available. Built on MS Access. Complicated and dense. Reports are difficult to build without phone support. Hard to master program so that it can be used independent of phone support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much. I like that we have one point person to work with since sometimes companies have you floating through a thousand representatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The exporting capabilities. Everything always messes up and we can never get the proper fields. It also doesnt export as an excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
