What do you like best about Domotz?

What I really like about Domotz is how simple it is to use while still giving me a ton of useful features. The dashboard is super easy to navigate, and I get alerts right away if something on the network goes down. Being able to jump in and troubleshoot devices remotely is a huge time-saver, and it connects nicely with other tools I use. Overall, it just makes my life easier without costing as much as some of the other RMM options out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Domotz?

What I don’t like about Domotz is that a few of the features feel a little limited compared to some of the bigger RMM tools. The mobile app doesn’t have everything the web dashboard does, and the reporting could definitely be more detailed with better historical data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Domotz?

What do you like best about Domotz?

The Domotz agent is easy deploy. We have used both the Windows agent and Linux image. It is especially useful for monitoring the status of critical infrastructure that does not have built in monitoring capabilities. The SNMP monitoring options are also good along with the ability to discover security issues and provide an accurate topology diagram. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Domotz?

We have encountered a few problems, including devices going offline when their MAC addresses change. We also do not like having to pay extra to monitor multiple VLANs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Domotz device and Domotoz cloud service are great tools for our day to day operations. The endpoint allows us to know when a location is offline, if the public IP address changed or any other major incident. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Domotz?

I'm not a large corporation, but instead a residential householder, but with around 300 devices at home. I've been using Domotz for around 10 years ago and it never lets me down. It tells me when devices have gone down or up, never crashes, and just does the job it's designed to do. Couldn't reccomend enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
