Domo is one of the most powerful and intuitive platforms I've ever used. Their propritary no-code Magic ETLv2 transformation software is brilliantly fast, helping run day-long SQL transforms in as little as a few minutes. What's nice about Domo is it is a full end-to-end soltuion. It provides the connectors to pull data from thousands of APIs, the transformation tools to get that data into a form that is usage and combine it with other data, and the charting software to display that data in clean, effective charts with proper governance to ensure consumers only see what they need to. Domo's customer service is some of the worst I've seen for a SaaS product. Their customer service reps are very non-technical and don't understand the product very well. Worse is they operate under the assumption until proven wrong that your using the product wrong, instead of their being an actual issue. In additon, Domo rarely roles out improves to preexisting features and seems to ignore product feedback from customers on the whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its ability to connect to different data sources are unparalleled. The data layer is really efficient and smart and ability to transform your data is really good.
