Unfortunately, it has been a bug-riddled road. The team that supports the software, the account manager, primary bookkeeper are all inferior to what should be provided. I am assuming they are understaffed thus the constant issues.

Docyt has the ability to be an all in one system including document management, accounts payable, receipt capture, and reporting. It allows the ability to provide limited access to different team members.
Ability to pull USALI formatted financials and to pull reports and KPI on a portfolio basis is a plus.
The IOS app is great to quickly research something or pull reports on the go.
The team has been responsive to resolve any questions, concerns, and issues.

After a short period of time, the trained AI really does some great work. I use QBO. Although QBO has its own AI capabilities, I find that Docyt takes it up two notches. From bill pay, uploading vendor invoices and receipts, I find Docyt's A.I. faster and more accurate than many of the other software that I've tested/used over the last 6 years. Docyt has been a great financial management tool. The software is easy to navigate, with a user-friendly interface that makes data entry and management so easy. We especially appreciate the helpful prompts to categorize uncoded items, ensuring accuracy in our financial records.
We also liked it's interactive upload section. The reminders to add statements and relevant documents for reconciliation streamline the process significantly. And the seamless integration with QBO and payroll accounts was great.
But most importantly, the team! From Vaishali in onboarding to monthly management, to Kori as a CPA and overseer, and Lily in sales & marketing, everyone was incredibly helpful and hands-on throughout the entire process. They made the transition smooth and ensured we felt supported every step of the way.

Of course, as with any AI tool, there's always room for improvement and further development. Some of the journal entry features were not ideal!
