**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

DocuWare is a tool that I have used for close to four years for content management.Inlive that it is a great tool that  handles the basic document management functions very well.With it you are able to edit, create and share files in realtime.
DocuWare versioning system is another thing I like.It is great at storing history if files such that one can easily retrieve the various versions of documents easily.
It allows for customization such that one can set the approval process and sharing process.
Again this tool help track and streamlined workflow.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

So far so good it a highly capable tool that works very well. I have no dislike for it.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

I use Docuware at my work place to manage and organize documents. The pharmaceutical domain require paper work safe and secure in all forms. We convert the paper document into digital form using the Mobile App. The sorting help us to set the documents in a temp cabinet from where we can edit it at a later point of time.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

I don't not see anything negative with Docuware

trying Docuware for a few weeks is the best thing to do. You will never go back to what you were using now.

Docuware workflows are light that we can even enter the logics while on the move.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

It is a good way to keep track of my pending, transactions and have under control the security that everything arrives and is done correctly. It is also very useful to be able to get back old data from users and customers, nothing is lost. 
This software is wonderful as it is very practical to configure. I must add that its AP automation is convenient and its interface is impeccable. it is affordable and dynamic. 
I love its simplicity, and the order it gives our information. I have shortcuts and direct access to documents which makes the search faster. 

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

DocuWare is efficient. Simply familiarize yourself with its options. 

**Recommendations to others considering DocuWare:**

I recommend DocuWare to digitize your corporate processes with reliability and security. It's powerful with the human resources department as well. It also saves a lot of time, paperwork and money. 
I also recommend taking the time to organize and plan to renew your methods with DocuWare.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

I like Docuware's simple user interface. On the first page after logon we have the Document Tray, the advanced search option and the task tab. The advanced search really comes in handy when there are many hundreds of documents and we need to get a specific one. The tasks tab is the best feature, where we can allocate a person to perform the required workflow task. 

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

There is nothing about Docuware that I don't like. Its great for Document Management

I recommend this highly. Try it for a month and understand the benefits.

Review and editing of Documents including graphical modification is possible right within the DocuWare web portal.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

We use DocuWare across the organization. I love this solution because it enables me to create different profiles with appropriate levels of access so that Documents are meant for the respective Audience and no one else.

There is nothing to dislike about DocuWare. I have been using it for 5 years now.

The DocuWare printer is a great feature which can be used to send documents to the Printer Tray of a specific End User and the print would only execute once he or she activates it. This help keep the privacy at the highest priority

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

This is one of the best Document management solutions out there. Once uploaded the search feature makes it easy for one to find the right document. We have more than 100000 documents uploaded since the Pharma Org needs all docs saved for future audits.

There is nothing about Docuware that I don't like. Its a great solution.

I would highly recommend this to all organization for Document Management.

We are able to save a lot of time. Physical copies of the document is not required anymore and that saves a lot of physical space aswell. Once stored on the cloud, the link can be shared with the authorities during the time of Audit

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

Very easy to get customer data and see everything we have from them. With the content of AI uploaded documents becomes technology and is aligned with the corresponding index terms. Meets our security standards. DocuWare can come out of the cloud and as an application for Android, Windows and iOS.

Customer support takes a long time to solve common problems and clarify doubts.

Docuware contributes to better response and control information. This tool added a lot of value and information in our process. We were able to improve the process of buying.

Allows the user to find and filter paper, the graphical user interface is very convenient for the end user. He has an excellent management tool that lets you create multiple access profiles. You can use the mapping rules and registration for the creation of several areas of separation and organization. You can also easily import documents in the DocuWare, save them in a folder that is monitored by the system, and automatically import them as a document placement.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

DocuWare is a tool that I have used for close to three years. One thing that excites me about it is that it is easy to use. It has an intuitive interface that well understands its users making it easy for use.
DocuWare has a great editing feature. It also allows for collaboration on document creation which helps improve teamwork and time management.
It is has a great versioning system.DocuWare is great in versioning making it easy for one to access the different versions of a document.

DocuWare search tool is poor and needs more filters to make it stronger and faster

We use Docuware extensively for all our document management requirements. The whole team uses the DocuWare Mobile app to scan important documents. The upload is seamless and there is no manual intervention. Since Access controls are set, the documents goes and sits in the location assigned to the respective end user.

There is nothing I could talk negative about Docuware. It's a great application

DocuWare is the best content and document management solution available. The best feature about Docuware is the security and the part where it automatically allocates files based on a set criteria and access control.

I am not sure of any negative points about Docuware. I have been using it for the past 3.5 years.

Docuware allows storing all documents which were scanned using the Mobile App. The Web console is very basic and user friendly. The Document trays keep all temporary documents and makes it easily available to access.

Using DocuWare I have noticed that its features that make productivity perform better, it is a tool with reliable safety standards, it is very easy to use, it is really affordable and the best of all is to use it without compromises. Docuware is wonderful at managing important business content and facilitates complex processes.

In the part of customer support can be a little slow and sometimes end up advising me otherwise, by the way, I am very comfortable with this tool so friendly and efficient.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

DocuWare can organize document files once we set up criterias. The format and where the file comes from doesn't actually matter. Docuware makes sure that the security level assigned on each document is the highest and each action has a version control associated so that it can be reviewed during an audit that is coming up.

I don't have any dislikes when it comes to DocuWare. We have been using it for about 4 years now.

The system is easy to use and easy to learn. It provides a central place where everyone can get access to documents to ensure consistency. It works with almost any device. It meets our stringent safety standards. Access to DocuWare can get out of the cloud, and as an app for Windows, Android and iOS. It's very customizable.

We don't really have any complaints about Docuware, it works accordingly.

It has many functions, such as, for example, recognition of the bar code can be used to track goods and other important decisions necessary for your business. Avtamatyzuyuchy workflows, you can leave colleagues without repetitive manual tasks and focus on other important tasks.

It is an excellent platform for storing, processing, and management of business information that helps you make better decisions and improve your business. You can download and organize all of the files to find and use later. All files can receive a variety of information, so that it appeared at a time when you do not know what to look for. With a scanner, you can easily keep track of all the accounts and other information. Various lock or user controls can be implemented in view of safety. You do not need to worry, because your data is well protected, which guarantees the quality of the information about your company.

The DocuWare printer feature is useful when it comes to Automating workflow processes. The DocuWare printer can be configured to identify documents and also to assign data to the respective documents which can then kick start the workflow.

The latest version of DocuWare provide the WebClient that can be used anywhere anytime on any mobile Device via the DocuWare Mobile App. We can capture and store documents both manually and automated. The search feature in DocuWare is really powerful and it has to be because we have more than 800,000 documents that we uploaded and verified.

There is nothing to dislike about this product. It does what it has been designed to do.

The DocuWare Web client is the best feature. The Docuware tasks can be setup for both manual and automated processing. The DocuWare Trays on the top menu helps us separate the projects that we are working on and which also enables us to organize documents easily even by just dragging and dropping it.

I don't dislike any of the features that Docuware has to offer.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

I like that I can easily track any pending checks / transfers and ensure they arrive on time. It's very easy to retrieve customer data and see everything we have about them.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

As for the tool, I have nothing to complain about, but the support leaves much to be desired. DocuWare support sometimes takes time to answer simple questions, but it has extensive documentation that can be used to solve many types of problems. Questions that often solve simpler problems without having to open a support call.

**Recommendations to others considering DocuWare:**

With Docuware, it's now much easier to store all our clients' documents without saving paper copies in the office. I use it daily as a checklist to make sure that all checks / transfers / account changes are processed by our custodian bank in a timely manner.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use DocuWare in the company I work for. It has a great management tool that lets you create multiple access profiles. View and record rules let you create multiple slots to separate and organize. Amongst other things. Once the user has filtered and found the document, the user-friendly graphical web-part interface for business end users is very easy to understand, without the need for a lot of unnecessary information. Importing documents into DocuWare is another great thing. You can easily print a document from a DocuWare printer. This plug-in can send a document directly to the user's default location or to a specific location if a rule has been created for it. You can also easily import documents into DocuWare by placing them in a predefined folder that the system monitors and automatically importing them as they are placed in the document. You can also use the scanner to scan physical documents because you can manually import scanned documents into DocuWare.

It has an incredible administration tool, which allows you to create multiple access profiles, with rules for viewing and writing, allows you to create several file trays for separating and organizing them, among other features. I like that it brings transparency, responsibility, ease of use, ease of configuration and document search.

A crucial option that we are waiting patiently for is the capacity of Mass Stamp or Mass Decision, this is not yet available, but I know it is in the plan for an upcoming version, this is a feature that would save my teams even more time. Second, the feature I would like to see soon would be the ability to filter results lists and workflow tasks.

I love the Mobile Apps. This helps me be productive while on the move. I am able to fill up and sign forms directly from my phone to start a new workflow. All documents can be accessed via the secure cloud server.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

Docuware is a software that I'd very reliable for sharing documents to anyone at any location.
It helps to keep track of all documents,paper and electronic documents that ate shared to other users. 
Its workflow automation is very rady and it incorporates workflows which are applied on any file to keep team members on task and updated .
It is a secure software as it has locks that can be implemented on  user hence keeping documents safe.
It also has an interface that  is user friendly and that is easy on the eyes.
Dovuware helps to perform different multiple tasks in multiple documents without leaving  the site

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

Considering that it had helped inso many ways regarding sharing and managing documents I have not experienced a defect on this software.

This is a software that you can depend on for security of your documents and for organization and management of your files.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

There is so much I truly like about DocuWare. This is  a program I Proudly stand behind and highly recommend.  I like that it brings transparency, accountability, ease of use, ease of configuration and ease of searching for documents {especially full text search} 

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

One crucial option w are patiently waiting for is the ability to Mass Stamp or Mass Decision, this is not yet available, But I know it is in the blueprint for an upcoming version, this is one feature which would save my teams even more time. Secondly the feature I would like to soon see would be the ability to filter result lists and workflow tasks.

**Recommendations to others considering DocuWare:**

Take your time during configuration, Ask many questions, If this then what?, if that then what?, ask about rarities and one offs   

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have significantly reduced cost by virtually omitting the use of paper, coping, collating not to mention the savings not having to send out 3 FedEx overnight packages each week to  different 6 locations across North America. Now imagine when a package gets lost, the time & effort to recreate... DocuWare has made this issue obsolete for us.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

I like the ease of use of the DocuWare system in general. I like the increased visibility of documents for the users who need them and the improved security for protecting documents from users who shouldn't see them. I like the robustness and the flexibility of the DocuWare system and the many options for integrating the document availability into other line-of-business applications. With the addition of Forms and Digital Workflows, DocuWare is the only ECM system you will ever need.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

I do wish DocuWare did a better job of automatically grouping (clipping and/or stapling) similar documents, based on key index fields, when indexing and storing documents. This is currently a very "manual" process when dealing with a large batches of dissimilar document types.

**Recommendations to others considering DocuWare:**

Take the time to plan your required file cabinets, document volumes, and retention policies in the beginning. This effort will pay off in the long run with a more efficient and more maintainable document management solution.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use DocuWare to handle document management activities in every department throughout our organization. DocuWare has improved the accuracy of filing and storing documents, greatly decreased the time it takes to locate documents at a later time, and improved the visibility of documents for the appropriate users. DocuWare has greatly increased our efficiency and productivity when dealing with traditional "document-based" processes.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

It's easy to use for document storage, retrieval, and such. I like it much more than Fortis, which is the old program we converted from. I use scan, document trays, and import. It's easy to edit the index labels on a bunch of documents at once, which I love!  

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

The system is complicated, not to mention expensive, if you want to use it for anything beyond the basics. It requires quite a bit of configuring if you'd like to use any of the additional features. Furthermore, our "partner" company probably doesn't even remember that we have DocuWare - it's an afterthought, and even the smallest change to the system takes a LOT of effort and meetings to get someone who can do it. 

**Recommendations to others considering DocuWare:**

Do your homework. Perhaps consider going directly through DocuWare rather than using a partner if you want to use all of the features!!! 

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Docuware for Document storage, but not much else as of now. I see that there are lots of really interesting modules such as Intelligent Indexing, Workflow, etc, but unfortunately we don't have anyone in IT on staff who has time to experiment with the modules.  Furthermore, we're a small company and we just don't have the budget to afford all of the modules!

Docuware made managing tasks, and storage for important documents so easy. The only problem for my department was when the wifi wasn’t connected we couldn’t update our tasklists. Storing documents and easily finding them was such a huge relief in a busy day.

**What do you like best about DocuWare?**

Offer on-premise and cloud-based solutions. HIPAA-enabled. Using forms to capture new client data has made our office much more efficient; workflows, too. Integrations with external applications are made possible so that we can add information from a main system or search in DocuWare using criteria from the main system.

**What do you dislike about DocuWare?**

Very Microsoft-heavy — Connect to Outlook module is powerful; would love to see Connect to Mail (or create a Connect to GMail) be made more powerful. Would like to see integrations with Zapier to be made possible. Continue to share additional how-to content on YouTube.

**What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined new patient forms process so that patients can enter info from their screen (computer, tablet, or phone) and submit directly into our office. Saves paper, removes friction in the new patient on-boarding process.
