I use it every day that I work. I was able to catch on quickly to using DocuTrack. I feel like it is user friendly, relatively easy to use. **What do you dislike about DocuTrack?** My least favorite thing about DocuTrack is that we are unable to integrate our Gmail to be able to email documents directly from DocuTrack. **What problems is DocuTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to integrate faxed orders for use with FrameworkLTC. ### 2.
