What do you like best about Docusign Gen?

Docusign has drastically cut down the back and forth time between having contracts/documents signed on a daily basis. I can't believe we went this long without it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docusign Gen?

Overall I really don't dislike anything, the only feedback I've received is sometime it lags once the signature is complete which has made some people think they did not sign correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Docusign Gen solving and how is that benefiting you?

Life is much easier having Docusign integrated into Salesforce and having everything in one place. It has saved me lots of time which has, in turn, boosted my productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

nothing -DocuSign Gen is so fast when generating order forms it's really fun to generate multiple of them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We help get order forms out to customers in an efficient manner with Gen. Benefits are that we have so much additional time to sell, less time spent on manual document prep Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
