The ability to make changes is what sold us. When errors are found we can quickly get it corrected and the customer can see the change within a matter of minutes. I honestly do not have any dislikes for Documoto "per se". The material we utilize requires a lot of time and concentration for it to maximize my benefits. I can't think of anything that I don't particularly like. There are a few things that maybe could be updated for better customer interface but some of that may be due to what we have on our side, as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like how easy it is to filter and navigate through our parts books. Also, I like that some parts can have their separate breakdowns, such as seal kits. I like that we can have our customers and employees have certain segments that they can see. Not all of our customers and employees need to see certain books so it is nice to narrow it down.
