It is used more on the user's folder structure. Wyswyg editor is the best among most of the ECM tools in the market. **What do you dislike about OpenText Documentum Content Management?** Only thing it should have been better is to provide better help content which is contexual and start incorporating AI for the user journeys. Take initiatives to expand the communities and documentation. We find large number of documents and help for other tools like Adobe, Sitecore and Drupal. **What problems is OpenText Documentum Content Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We rollout Documentum for enterprises. This offers great competitiveness with other existing tools. **What do you dislike about OpenText Documentum Content Management?** In reality, the tool offers many, many functionalities, so what it could really contribute is in terms of the necessary investment that must be made for its implementation. **Recommendations to others considering OpenText Documentum Content Management:** Basically, to implement Documentun, as we had the opportunity to do in 2005 at EDELCA (Caroni electrification, later called CORPOELEC), for a company with more than 7,000 workers and three hydroelectric dams, it was necessary to carry out a significant preparation process. On that occasion, we used the partner Xerox, who supported us in collecting the information that was required for the survey of workflows. The best part is you can add as many tags as you want in order to differentiate your important documents from the less important ones. **What do you dislike about OpenText Documentum Content Management?** I felt it is too expensive and if an individual user wants to use it then they probably can't also with same services there are other tools available in the market which are comparatively reasonable so why would someone purchase this! **What problems is OpenText Documentum Content Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use this tool for managing my personal documents as it's easy to recover it from this tool and sort it because of the different tagging option available. Overall a great CMS system to sort our messy files on google docs. It is hard to find a good product these days. A lot of features... more than we needed for our workflows. We really needed a central hub for securely storing content and organize biz processes and flows. **What do you dislike about OpenText Documentum Content Management?** We opted out since the pricing was out of range and we were tight on finances in a mini team. The look of the product is a bit bland, but it does the basics that we need. **What problems is OpenText Documentum Content Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** This product helped with collective collaboration.
