Sometimes editor can be difficult to manage when copy and pasting text into it- formatting can get messed around and can be tricky to fix.

I've been using the knowledgebase portal for quite some time now, and I have to say that I have had a mostly positive experience. Occasionally, I notice some slight performance issues when creating articles, but these are quickly resolved with updates and fixes. I appreciate how responsive the development team is to any issues that arise and their commitment to continually improving the platform. Overall, I feel that any minor issues are quickly addressed, and the knowledgebase portal remains an excellent tool for creating and managing high-quality content Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Document360?

- Document 360 has an extensive toolset that is included in the native product

- Their drive (digital asset management solution) helped our team to begin the process of being able to use the C.O.P.E. methodology with our help centers images.

- Snippets and Glossary features show promise Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

- Some of their features are a bit half-baked, buggy, or just not quite what we need, but they are working to improve these features over time.

- The analytics dashboard is lacking.

- API endpoints are fairly extensive, but more wouldn't hurt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We moved from Zendesk to Document 360 to have a more powerful help center experience for our customers. Specifically, D360's partnership with Algolia has proved very helpful in terms of searching. There's also a fairly easy to use redirect system that is natively part of D360's backend. Though it could use a few improvements, it's mostly a solution and we've set up thousands of redirects using that system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
