Sometimes editor can be difficult to manage when copy and pasting text into it- formatting can get messed around and can be tricky to fix.

I've been using the knowledgebase portal for quite some time now, and I have to say that I have had a mostly positive experience. Occasionally, I notice some slight performance issues when creating articles, but these are quickly resolved with updates and fixes. - Their drive (digital asset management solution) helped our team to begin the process of being able to use the C.O.P.E. methodology with our help centers images.

- Some of their features are a bit half-baked, buggy, or just not quite what we need, but they are working to improve these features over time.
- The analytics dashboard is lacking.
