What do you like best about Document360?

Document360 is easy to use and allows my team to quickly create, review, and publish documentation for software instruction, newsletters, and more. I also love how attentive the Doc360 team is, meeting with me regularly to demonstrate updates or how to use features that I'm unsure about. Also, my rep is very responsive to all of my queries, responding immediately. I researched many solutions before we decided on Document360 and I still believe it is the best solution for our needs. What do you dislike about Document360?

We would love it even more if more than one person could edit the same document at the same time. I have been told this feature is in development, so we are looking forward to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Document360?

Good things:

a. for a beginner also its very easy to use

b. document management using their drive is efficient

c. lot of customization options

Not so Good things:

a. Format painter option is not available, I miss that

b. document review workflow needs to be improved

c. article locking is a frustating option, needs override option for this Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, to upload any video I had to follow a complicated process to our software but now we can just paste the link in doc360 and when published it will be directly available in KB site.

What do you like best about Document360?

1. The software is very user-friendly and easy to learn

2. Straightforward Setup. It takes little effort to spin up a new KB

3. Lots of extensions (Slack, Chrome, Salesforce, embeddable widget, etc.) allow your users to access the KB wherever needed.

4. Amazing support team. They are very responsive both in support calls and issues that require development.

What do you dislike about Document360?

1. The editor could use some key improvements (though I understand this is currently being worked on). For instance, there are no inline comments.

2. Zapier integration is very limited. No ability to update articles (new versions) based on actions in other tools like Confluence.

3. Interface can be slow at times.

What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

With its many extensions, my users (internal and external) can access knowledge wherever needed.

What do you like best about Document360?

-The tool is highly intuitive to use- with detailed list panel and heirarchial view makes it very easy for new and old employees to navigate.

-It's a very effective repository with almost an MS word like UX

What do you like best about Document360?

From a Knowledge Base / Knowledge Management perspective, Document360 has succeeded at meeting our needs in terms of structure, flow, integration, team collaboration, and user experience. The Customer Support is particularly impressive. Account managers and customer support executives are very helpful, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to support our needs. Many times, what we thought are "difficult requests" were solved in less than 24 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

We do appreciate the regular deployment of new features. However, many essential features are still missing or need improvement especially when it comes to saving the formatting when importing Word documents, removing the default formatting of the editor (which sometimes can only be fixed in code view), implementing a "format painter" feature to allow us to easily copy formatting, etc.) These might sound like minor inconveniences but, in fact, they are very time-consuming to editors and can result in significant delays to project delivery. Advantages:

- Overall User experience is very good

- Smart bar feature is very useful

- They have monthly releases which is very good

Disadvantages:

- New feature request is a tedious process

- Text editor needs more options similar to MS Word

We were using MS Word before for writing where publishing was done in PDF/Word and any updates if needed would take up lot of time but here we can just update and publish again.

What do you like best about Document360?

I like how intuitive it is to use and how easy it was to get started. The features are exactly what we are looking for. The more we explored the capabilities of Document360, the more we found our customers enjoyed our documentation site. I really like how the ananlytics, the version history and the folder/category setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

I don't like how the table formatting works. It's clunky and not easy to edit the text formatting within it. You have to edit each box separately. I also don't like how long it takes for someone to be able to edit an article after someone else was working on it. What do you like best about Document360?

Document 360 provides immediate support when needed, is very user friendly, easy to maintain and includes a search function for the entire knowledge base. (similar to OneNote search - very useful)

--> A great improvement in the accessibility of information for users.

What do you dislike about Document360?
