What do you like best about Document360?

Very feature rich but easy to learn, and with useful and up-to-date documentation. I also like that they are in continuous development on features and improvements. The migration process was very professional and well managed. They are veryt responsive to my questions and concerns. Feature-wise, the snippets setup is easy to use and seems very reliable. What do you dislike about Document360?

Because it is browser-based, there are some quirks with the editor, which might also be due to browser limitations or quirks. Sometimes features don't seem to have loaded, so when you go to do something the feature is missing until you do a page refresh. It requires some basic skills in using "code view" to work around some oddities, such your cursor getting stuck inside a DIV or SECTION. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Document360?

Things I like about Doc360:

1. They have a great support team and they try to resolve all queries at the earliest.

2. The software is very user friendly and can be learned very quickly

3. UI Customization can be done using HTML and CSS.

What do you dislike about Document360?

Few things that can be improved:

1. They do not have any overriding option to access any article. Need to wait for 15 min or request member accessing the file to release.

2. Some limitations in the editor when we compare with basic MS Word.

What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

1. All User Guides, Release Notes, etc., can be viewed under same umbrella.

2. Reduces Support tickets as they can search any content by themselves.

3. Various articles can be linked now which was difficult in PDFs.

What do you like best about Document360?

1. Outstanding customer support and follow up on every need shared with them. They genuinely worry for our success with our clients through the KB.

2. Easy set-up and use (intuitive), the KB was embedded into the product up and running with our clients in a matter of days.

3. Offers URL Mapping so your KB shows only what your users need at that time without losing the chance to search in the whole KB.

What do you dislike about Document360?

1. It only 1 support 1 language language in the lowest tiers: If your KB only needs 1 language and is different from english, you'll need to step up to the next package to support "Multilingual" and then select your language as de default.

What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer self-service and KB embedded in our product using URL Mapping so our users always have the right information at the right time. What do you like best about Document360?
