What do you like best about Document360?

Document 360 is an easy to use tool with a wide range of features that can be used to enhance documentation. The application is flexible and allows for easy management of your knowledge base. The Home page Builder allows for great customisation options, as well as being easy to use. What do you dislike about Document360?

The editing tool was buggy in places

The Broken link analyser never updated meaning fixed links were still recorded as broken. It’s unclear whether I should use my limited Validate Links button Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Document360?

At the time we implemented Document360 we had multiple documentation libraries for our various products. Document360 helped us immensely by allowing us to not only consolidate all of those articles into one place, but also provided consistency in appearance and user navigation of it all.

The key reason we decided to go with Document360 though were the tools it provided. It allows our small documentation team to manage our multiple knowledge bases easily and efficiently and with little to no prior experience with a SaaS knowledge base solution.

Thankfully ease of use and utility did not sacrifice on rich features with Document360. The amount of functionality provided “right out of the box” is incredibly powerful, and since we started using it, they have been releasing even more innovative tools.

Lastly their support team has been indispensable. Every instance we have either run into an issue or needed assistance their response time and helpfulness has been top notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

There was a recent change/overhaul to their user interface (administrative side, not customer facing) which has consolidated many of the editing tools to a more compact interface. In the process though this has made it a little harder to get to some of the tools. Consolidating and managing multiple documentation libraries with a small team.

What do you like best about Document360?

Document360 is intuitive, easy-to-use and is a great solution for building knowledge bases. It also comes with version control, role-based access, and analytics. Moreover, extensive customization options help boost the movingimage brand, and the new WYSIWYG editor makes life easy. What do you dislike about Document360?

There's periodically little glitches and minor issues that comes up when using Document360 in the browser. While there are many great add-ons, you do have to pay for them ;) Since Document360 is constantly adding new features, I am confident they'll address the minor issues that I face every once so often. What do you like best about Document360?

Simple & intuitive to use, great out-of-the-box features. Has been easy to implement across our team. Very responsive, proactive customer support & product management. Great visibility into activity by customers who use our documentation/KB articles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Document360?

The legacy WYSIWYG editor would frequently insert rogue HTML styles upon saving that had to be cleaned up manually. It appears that these issues have been resolved with their brand new editor, however. Pricing seems a little more expensive compared to other alternatives we've looked at. We use Document360 to produce documentation and knowledge base articles for our software products. In some cases our software links directly to this documentation, and we regularly direct our customers to this documentation when they have questions about our products or their configuration.
