What do you like best about Document360?

We transitioned our customer knowledge base to Document360 in January 2022 which was previously created via Madcap Flare. The Doc360 team were easy to communicate with and made sure our migration went smoothly. The customer support are always happy to help and answer questions, usually going above and beyond. The Doc360 Portal is easy to use and very intuitive, and has made collaboration across our team so much more efficient. What do you dislike about Document360?

There are a few features that I would like to see implemented, such as integration with Azure DevOps and the ability to add multiple languages in tabs in a code block. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's incredibly easy to use and the support team has been prompt and always ready to help. They took care of uploading all our procedures during the implementation phase which saved us a great deal of time. Previously we were hosting our solutions documentation on freshdesk and it did not give us much options in the document editor to add screenshots to the documentation.
