- They meet with us quarterly to introduce new features and continually check on our experience and satisfaction with Document 360.

We transitioned our customer knowledge base to Document360 in January 2022 which was previously created via Madcap Flare. The Doc360 team were easy to communicate with and made sure our migration went smoothly. The customer support are always happy to help and answer questions, usually going above and beyond. The Doc360 Portal is easy to use and very intuitive, and has made collaboration across our team so much more efficient. There are a few features that I would like to see implemented, such as integration with Azure DevOps and the ability to add multiple languages in tabs in a code block. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's incredibly easy to use and the support team has been prompt and always ready to help. They took care of uploading all our procedures during the implementation phase which saved us a great deal of time. Doc360 is a platform that is easy to grasp, allowing you to set up a help center site swiftly. Their support team is highly responsive and their account representatives are consistently ready to assist.Doc360 stands out for its high frequency of use. I havent encountered any aspects of the products or its capabilities that I dislike.Ocassionally,incorporating a featured image into an article may pose a slight challenge.Thankfully the responsive customer support team is readily available to assist with any issues.
