Document360 makes it easy to create and house a knowledge base. Most importantly, they are super responsive to questions, feedback, and customer needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to navigate. New features are consistently being added, and support is helpful with issues in a timely manner. Having a spell check would be the biggest game changer for this platform. It seems to be one of the most requested features, yet I've heard little development on it. The tool's search abilities (for keyword search) are extraordinary. It provides a clean, crisp look to articles. A knowledge base is a critical tool for supporting our customers. It helps reduce the need for phone calls/screen shares or training sessions. The Doc 360 Support Team is always quick to respond, and we see quick resolutions to suggestions/bugs reported. One of the things I appreciate most about Document360 is its ability to handle multiple projects and teams within one platform. This allows us to easily manage and organize our documentation by product, department, or any other criteria we need. Additionally, the platform's role-based access and permission controls give us the flexibility to ensure that only the right people have access to the right information. Overall there is not much to dislike. The WYSIWYG can sometimes be cumbersome whereas it should not be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Document360 enabled us to set up an attractive knowledgebase/documentation site without having to do a ton of dev work. It provides most of the options we were looking for and the pricing is very reasonable. We have thousands of users and needed to keep our documentation site private, and Document360 is the strongest application we found that does not charge per reader account. It is SaaS, so the Admin UI is browser-based and has some annoying quirks and occasional performance issues. Also the REST API is missing a few capabilities that we would like to automate. Fortunately the company seems to be very engaged with their user community and they maintain an up-to-date online product roadmap based on users' feature requests. Document360 made implementing our Knowledge Base so easy. It's super easy to create a branded, professional knowledge base and is very customisable to your company's aesthetic.

It is easy to use and allows a large group of people (∼200) to write and edit in the same workspace. It allows keeping track of the different stages in the writing process (new article, needs review, draft, published) which is great for content creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It still has some bugs, for example, it is difficult to change the icon on a folder and you have to refresh, delete cookies and cache or even wait till the next day for it to work. However, the bugs have been fixed noticeably during the last 6 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
