The feature I like the most is the web assistant. This tool allows our users to have a dynamic documentation in each of the sections of our platform in a non invasive way. The document360 web editor sometimes is a bit slow and could not be the most intuitive thing in some actions. Despite that, the document360 team is very responsive and always open to help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple to use tool that enables you to categorize, add by copy or write directly in there, add files to the documentation, and easy to manage.
I like that Document360 is adding more features each month, by their client requests, and there are many options.

Document360 offers an interface that is easy to use and customize. We have found that the tools and features offered enable us to break down information about our software in a digestible manner by our audience and gives us the flexibility to embed various types of media to control better how to deliver material to our clients best. With Document369, I can do everything (writing, collaborative review, publishing, hosting, and so on) I need to publish my user docs; I don't have to go for any other tools.
Easy to use. From day one, you can start using.
They let you design and create a documentation landing page with zero or negligible code.
Their support team is very supportive.
You can use both HTML and Markdown.
You can have both a knowledge base and knowledge assistant.
The search engine feature is really cool.

1. I can't download a complete book. Currently, I can only publish a single topic.
Though the tech writing industry has come a long way from PDF to new techs such as video and AR/VR, PDF is still important for many reasons.

Document360 made it easy to stand up a complete Knowledge Center in a short period of time. The Customer Happiness Team is nothing short of exceptional; their responsiveness, flexibility, and customer service is better than any company I’ve worked with - and their customization team was just as wonderful at helping us to quickly and efficiently create a beautiful, branded site. Some content processing features could be better/more advanced, e.g. variable snippets/tags that take values from the title of the article/category or from a user-defined table.

Doc360 is a great tool for resource-strapped companies. With no outside development, we were about to launch a knowledge base that is up 24/7 and I never have to worry about it going down.
Doc360 is always improving, and as its hosted in the cloud, it doesnt require anything from me.
The site's look great and they are easy to customize.

What we like best about Document360 is its user-friendly interface; we feel very comfortable using it.
In addition, our internal knowledge base needs to be accessed by different roles in the documentation team, technical team and business partners. The access privileges have been configured easily with Document360 to enable our different team members with various roles to access certain sections of our internal knowledge base.
We use Document360 Analytics features extensively to be customer-centric; as a result of this, we get insight into what customers are searching for, which articles are popular, and understand customers' geography. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
