The layout is clean and easy for users to navigate. Building out the platform has been simple and the tools available meet the needs of our team for operational documents. We use this product to create manuals for our own products. The features provided are great for organizing articles and editing their content. When we expressed a need to improve a certain feature of the editor, they took this into consideration and soon informed us that this feature will be included in the new editor that is being developed. Overall, we are satisfied with the product features. We found the analytics features, user roles and the ability to export content to Markdown, HTML and PDF particularly useful. The User Interface can be a bit challenging to navigate. The different editor versions can not be switched between, and this makes the review and editing process more challenging that needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I really like about Document360 is the ease of customization. I was able to create our knowledge base from scratch without any issues, and the ability to add branded colors and logos has really helped make it feel like it's a part of our company website. Beyond the look and feel of the knowledge base, I've also been impressed with the search functionality. It's fast and accurate. As far as customer support goes, I've found Document360 to be very responsive to any questions. Overall, I would definitely recommend Document360 to any teams looking for an easy-to-use and customizable knowledge management system. -incredible UI/UX internally (for the writers)
-the UI/UX onsite (externally) is also very very strong
-no-code platform
-the multiple options for editors are amazing (wysiwyg, html, block)
-their product team is constantly iterating and delivering new features and they let you know in-product
-they have the best search

-the cost is a little pricey
-they need the ability to duplicate entire categories, so if you have "versioned" releases it can be tricky and manual to duplicate a version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
