**What do you like best about Document360?**

The user-friendly interface and robust article editor are excellent. It makes creating, organizing, and updating documentation significantly faster than our previous method. I especially appreciate the version control and rollback functionality, which gives us confidence in managing changes. The ability to create private portals/documentation sites for internal teams while maintaining a separate public-facing site is a huge benefit for controlling access and ensuring data security.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

While the core features are great, the search functionality could be improved to be more intelligent and forgiving of typos or natural language queries. I also find the advanced customization of the portal's design/CSS to be a bit cumbersome for non-developers. A more intuitive way to integrate with some of our other key tools (like specific CRM/Service Desk software) would also be beneficial.

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Document360 has primarily solved our problem of decentralized and inconsistent documentation. Before, documentation was scattered across multiple tools, leading to confusion and outdated information. Document360 provides a single source of truth for both our customers and our internal support team. This has reduced our customer support inquiries by X% (or 'a significant amount') and has cut down on the time it takes to onboard new staff by providing them with immediate access to structured, high-quality information.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

I really like how easy it was for me to start using Document360. The initial setup was a breeze, and we managed to set everything up in under an hour. The pricing is really great too. I use Document360's chatbot feature to help my users get information they need on my website from the AI assistant, which takes a lot of load off our support team. Our customer support team has found the AI assistant most helpful.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

Not much, honestly! The one thing that could be improved is the UI on the admin side, but honestly it's already pretty good!

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Document360's AI assistant to ease our support team's workload by handling non-critical issues and providing answers on the website.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

I like how Document360 is simple to use, allowing even novices to utilize it at a professional level. I enjoy being able to create and work with articles effortlessly, along with utilizing various subcategories. The language translation feature is extremely helpful, and being able to address ADA standards is appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

I think Document360 could be better at adding things like videos and being more adaptable with the links that you can have. You currently have those, but it's not as smooth as it could be.

Document360 solves the problem of creating up-to-date standard operating procedures by integrating the latest innovations in their technology.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

As a technical writer, I found Document360 incredibly easy to use right from the start. The user interface and well-organized dashboard made onboarding smooth, even without prior training, which speaks volumes about its ease of implementation. The rich markdown editor, version control, and category manager make structuring complex documentation effortless, also the reusable templates help in maintaining the consistency throughout the project.
One of the standout features for me is the AI-powered Eddy search, which significantly improves content discovery for users. I also appreciated how frequently we use the integrated review workflow, especially the ability to set article status (Draft, Review, Published), which is vital for team collaboration.
The customer support has been very responsive, and their documentation and live chat helped quickly resolve minor setup issues. Also, it is very prominent in maintaining the integration with other applications.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

While Document360 is packed with useful features, I noticed that the load time increases slightly when handling very large projects with hundreds of articles. The performance could be optimized further for enterprise-scale documentation. Also, when I'm working with hyperlinks, I'm facing a lot of delays, which is impacting my productivity to a low level.
Another point is the pricing, which can feel a bit steep for small teams or startups, especially if you're aiming to unlock advanced features like AI suggestions, private documentation, or custom branding. You can provide some unlock features in a free version and add as per subscription.
Lastly, while the editor is great, there's limited real-time collaboration (like Google Docs), which can be a drawback for teams that need simultaneous editing. Also, please add an insert table option, so that i can add more than 10 rows at a time.

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Document360 is solving problems like keeping knowledge organized, finding information quickly, and sharing updates with the team easily. It benefits me by saving time, reducing repeated work, and making it simple to access the right information whenever I need it.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

I like this software because it offers several unique features for authors that set it apart from other documentation platforms. For example, it prevents simultaneous editing conflicts by restricting edits when another user is already working on the same content. This small but impactful feature helps preserve content authenticity and prevent accidental deletions.

The platform also provides insightful analytics such as most-read articles, user likes and dislikes, and search behavior. Being senior members, these statistics make it much easier for us to evaluate content performance, identify knowledge gaps, and improve documentation quality.

In addition, the version control, access permissions, and collaborative workflows with a clean authoring interface and integration options with third-party tools make it more friendly to use. I can use it and recommend it as it is easy to implement.

Overall, Document360 not only simplifies documentation management but also strengthens collaboration, ensures reliability, and provides actionable insights that help organizations continuously improve their knowledge base.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

The glitches are rare, and even when they do occur, the support team is proactive in gathering feedback and resolving issues much faster than expected. Problems never linger in the software for long, which is exactly what we value; timely fixes and a reliable experience.

**What problems is Document360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Document360's access controls and collaboration features make sure that our sensitive processes and workflows are only edited by authorized users, preserving both compliance and content authenticity. Its real-time analytics, such as most-viewed articles and user feedback help us quickly identify which procedures or guidelines are most valuable. This helps us to improve and streamline our documentation for attorneys, paralegals, and litigation staff.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

I love how versatile and full of customization Document360 is, allowing us to shape it exactly the way we need to make it look as native as possible with our platform. I appreciate the ability to hold different spaces and authenticate our platform users without requiring new sign-ups into Document360. The ease with which we can embed it as an iframe into our platform and have it accessible as a website is remarkable. The initial setup was very easy, and every difficulty we encountered was efficiently resolved by one of their support agents, who were both fast and efficient. Overall, the way Document360 was able to make our engineering team’s time free for other tasks than developing a content and documentation system is a significant benefit, as it saves us time.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

I find it challenging to control actions on the embedded portal naturally in Document360. The inability to easily enable a back button, hide the home button, or disable workspace switching for certain users is frustrating. Currently, most of these adjustments have to be made using CSS tricks, which is not as straightforward as it could be.

I use Document360 as a knowledge base, freeing our engineering team to focus on other tasks and saving time with its versatile customization and user authentication capabilities.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

Document360 is very easy to use and quick to implement for our team. The authoring tools are intuitive, making it simple to draft, review, and publish content regularly. We especially like features such as templates, variables, snippets, and glossary, which help in reusing content and maintaining consistency across documents. The formatting options are straightforward, and the platform ensures a smooth publishing experience. It’s a tool we can rely on daily without complexity. One thing I like about the customer service of Doc360 is always available to solve customer problems.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

While the core features are excellent, we find some limitations in advanced customization and integration with other tools. At times, the interface can feel slightly slow, and new team members may need some time to get familiar with all the features. Adding more seamless integrations and richer formatting flexibility would make the platform even more powerful. Also, there is one concern, please provide a free tutorial so that normal people can engage with this platform.

Document360 helps us manage our documentation process in a more structured and consistent way. Earlier, maintaining multiple documents and ensuring consistency across them was time-consuming. With features like templates, snippets, variables, and glossary, we can easily reuse content and keep our documentation uniform. The publishing workflow is smooth, allowing us to quickly update and share content with the team. Overall, it saves time, reduces manual effort, and ensures accuracy across all published documents. Also Document360 provide clear interface of navigation to view. Document360 solving problems like it's showing the status of the articles and we can track the revision and versions.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

What I like best about Document360 is its clean, intuitive interface and how easy it is to structure and manage large volumes of content. The category-based hierarchy, markdown support, versioning, and real-time collaboration tools make it easy to keep documentation organized and up to date. The built-in analytics and feedback features also help track how content is performing and where improvements are needed.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

One area where Document360 could improve is in its customization and design flexibility. While the platform is excellent for organizing content, it can be a bit limiting when trying to fully align the knowledge base with complex branding or UI requirements. **What do you like best about Document360?**

Wide range of functionality and ease of use. The Home Page Builder is especially good. We use Markdown a lot, after a brief learning curve and find it very powerful. The ability to copy and paste graphics easily into articles is especially useful. A new advanced search makes it easier to find information, filtered by product etc. The analytics are becoming more important to identify potential geographic areas to approach for sales.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

Not being able to go back from WYSIWYG to Markdown - even if it means losing some of the WYSIWYG functions. The management of discussions on articles needs improving (compare it to Confluence) as a team account must be specified in a comment for the person to action that comment and no ability to see if comments are acted upon, rejected, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering Document360:**

As a state-of-the-art KB it is the best I found while looking at many options. It is not as strong as tools like Flare or FrameMaker for product documentation but is still very good with across product documentation search making it a winner.

We had a knowledge base that looked old and unfriendly. Now we have a knowledge base that looks like it belongs in 2025.

**What do you like best about Document360?**

This tool is user-friendly and straightforward when it comes to organizing topics and sub-topics. I appreciate being able to customize the branding so it matches our app’s color scheme. It integrates smoothly with other apps like ChameleonIO and offers AI APIs that can be used for help widgets within your app. We've never encountered any issues with support or experienced any downtime. Adding it to our app was also a simple process.

**What do you dislike about Document360?**

Occasionally, the formatting can become a little disorganized, making it difficult at times to achieve the precise text formatting you want.

This platform offers helpful documentation for users, as well as hosting release notes and updates.
