The document generator is a very nice tool both in usage as in managing. The dashboards are super easy so no need to plan extensive training sessions. Because all needed HR data is retrieved from SuccessFactors instantly the tool saves a lot of time. It is also possible to integrate with various digital signing services. Also, we are very happy with the way Nextmoves are constantly looking to further develop their products. Altogether a perfect fit for organizations looking to improve on the lead time of their HR processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Bulk generation of large sets of documents, although there is a functionality that allows you to generate documents for e.g. a department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to setup, very responsive and helpful team, it gave a lot of flexibility to our team and helped us with our letter automation. The integration with Docusign Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Few things that we ask were not feasible but the team provided with workarounds so it works well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very useful that the existing word templates can be used. Also I like a lot that the permissions are overtaken from the SuccessFactors RBP. Therefore it is only necessary to define what documents can be generated from what role.
A very important function for us is the eventing. Most of the standard templates are now generated automatically after a SuccessFactors event has been triggered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The function to generate several documents with one click is not available yet. That would be a nice-to-have that would save some more clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
