What do you like best about Doctopus for G Suite?

I use it to assign individualized documents to the master’s-level clinicians I supervise as a board-approved clinical social work supervisor. What do you like best about Doctopus for G Suite?

There's a lot to love about Doctopus:

- It's simple to obtain, launch, and learn to use. Set up time is minimal.

- With just a few simple clicks, Doctopus passes out copies of assignments to students.

- It's excellent for keeping the "digital stack of papers" organized.

- It integrates well with Google Sheets/Docs/Drive - which is very important in the modern classroom.

What do you dislike about Doctopus for G Suite?

Some teachers who are already accustomed to using Google Classroom will find this redundant (I think), and will not be interested in adding this add-on. Given that it's an add-on, there's always can be security questions regarding students (and data), as well as unexpected errors down the road as Google continues to make updates. It is an application that allows organizing and supervising the students' process, featuring templates from the start that provide total control. Easily assign students work and plays nicely with GSuite and Google Classroom. Use it for a trial if you would like. You will not regret it and your feedback will increase between the teacher and the student. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can be time consuming to set up, but worth it afterwards. Stick with it and you will be happy in the end. If you have questions watch their tutorials and look over the materials.
