What do you like best about Doctible?

From the sales team to the tech support every doctible employee is a pleasure to speak/work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Doctible?

Our patients a lot of the time are not going on to leave a comment with their google review if they even leave the review on google. Once the doctor turned down purchasing more software no one has called to follow up to see how we have been doing with the review generator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Doctible solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have created a tremendous amount of online attention via the reviews we have gotten using the software. The practice had less than 5 reviews on google, We now have over 25! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Doctible?

It’s really easy to send review links out to patients and sends a quick link for even the not so tech savvy users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Doctible?

I wish you could save previous contacts and honestly I wish it would publish negative reviews as well so the outcome doesn’t look so swayed. Every business is going to have a few bad reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Doctible?

When a patient reviews, it automatically directs them to google to leave a google review and rate us as well. For a practice that is trying to have a larger online following and further their reputation through online reviews, this has worked very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
