Dock integrates with Microsoft 365 which makes it incredibly easy to integrate with some of the other programs that we utilize. Being able to have unlimited users as well as unlimited support for anything we need truly is a huge deal. Paying per license would get spendy and paying for support just seems silly, so bundling in the support and setting a price point to allow for unlimited users was the smart way to go. We have not had the software for very long and I don't feel there is anything negative that I could say about this program as of yet. It does everything we want it to do, it does it well, and it does it without issues. Now, if I could just get all of my other vendors to operate like this.
