"Centralized Knowledge with User-Friendly Access"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I like the centralized knowledge channel feature most in Docebo. It brings together product updates, training modules, FAQs, and support resources into dedicated channels that are easy to browse. I can quickly find what I need without searching across multiple tools. Everything works well and is user-friendly, and it has been extremely helpful in my daily workflow. "Extended Enterprise with Multilingual Support, Though Pricey Add-Ons"
5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I find the extended enterprise feature with its multidomain and multilingual support incredibly useful. It supports running up to 50 subdomains under a single instance, allowing each to be tailored to different clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

The pricing model of add-on services can become expensive. Many advanced features are sold instead of being bundled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Customization with Seamless Transition"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I like the branding and white label customization suite. It's most helpful for me as it allows us to create a visually branded learning portal with custom logos, color layout, and domain. This helps learners feel like they're inside the company's own training ecosystem, not a generic LMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

The authoring tool is still quite basic for an organization that needs advanced interactive course creation inside the LMS. It can feel a little bit limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Docebo?

The Teams and system are both great to work with, especially when I’m trying to change something or set something up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

Uploading your own pathways can feel a bit long-winded at first, although it does get easier the more you use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful LMS with Community-Driven Improvements"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I like most its community and idea porting system. It gives users a direct voice in shaping the platform by submitting ideas and uploading feature requests, making Docebo feel like a collaborative ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

The initial setup can feel overwhelming. There are many configuration steps in creating content or structure, requiring more clicks than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using Docebo for employee training"
4/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

- I tried new feature – uploading e-learnings directly from the Rise360 platform in SCORM format. It works absolutely smoothly and looks much more engaging for learners than PPTs!

- I needed to track the completion rate of courses that had to be passed by 100+ employees. I used 'New Reports' section and created a custom report for ua specific course, then I exported it as an Excel file and that's it! That's it, all the completions at a glance! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

Uploading a course in a SCORM format is easy, but the challenge comes when updating it. When you update it in Rise360, it would be great to integrate it with Docebo, so there will be no needs to upload a new file each time. It would save a lot of time, as we mostly use Rise360 for content creation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great experience both for myself and learners !"
5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I actually likes creating the platform to meet the needs of our people, with on line learning and weekly check ins. It was very much out of my comfort zone to start, as normally we would place our requirements and someone do the build. It was a shock to learn I was doing the build however it turned out to be one of the most rewarding tasks I have done. The platform in used in over 100 countries, its incredibly easy to use and has great customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

I would love for Docebo to have a multi language options in the search filed and when creating courses selecting multi language rather than one language. Also for the titles of course to be similar to the platform i.e. platform built in multi languages, if you have selected French as a user. the course code will show in French for multi language courses. "Flexible, brandable LMS with top-tier support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo provides a highly customizable platform that allows us to tailor the learning experience to reflect our company’s branding and voice. With HTML/CSS customization, catalog control, and flexible navigation, we’ve been able to create an environment that feels integrated with our internal tools. The API and bulk CSV options make it easier to automate and scale learning operations efficiently.

The support team is exceptional—responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us navigate both routine tasks and complex issues. We strongly recommend phone support or above—they’re fantastic to speak with and often help us solve things faster than any ticket thread ever could.

The Docebo Community is also an excellent space to connect with other L&D professionals and get ideas or troubleshooting help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

Instructor-Led Training (ILT) features could use more polish. Limitations around session-level automation, instructor permissions, dynamic group sync, and calendar formatting result in added manual work and workarounds. Improved native support in these areas would significantly enhance both the admin and learner experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"5 years of Docebo and still going strong!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

We've been able to continue to build out Docebo to suit our growing and expanding use cases across our multiple internal and external audiences with ease using different URLs, different user experiences and different approaches to administration. The continued rollout of upgrading the administration UX is very welcome as well as the progress that has been made to making the platform much more flexible.

The roadmap for Docebo is generally very exciting and after 5 years of being with them, we continue to see Docebo as a future strategic partner. They have become more open on their strategic priorities and it seems like they have becoming increasingly more focused on their existing customers which is great for us.

We've had some great continuity with our CSM and Account Manager which means that we've been able to develop really strong relationships and start to scope out future projects with them.

We spent quite a lot of time in 2024 reviewing alternative LMS providers and we still felt like Docebo was the strongest in a competitive field! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

I'd still love to see more flexibility, more custom layouts and widgets for building pages. We are relying on custom CSS and HTML which can sometimes break when wider Docebo platform updates are released - but the Docebo Community is a great way to overcome any issues with these.
