"Customizable and Efficient, but Needs Refinement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I appreciate Docebo's high level of customizability, which allows us to tailor the user interface to reflect our company branding, using HTML and CSS, making it feel like an integrated part of our internal ecosystem rather than a separate tool. The API and bulk CSV features are invaluable in scaling our operations by automating user import, enrollment, and data synchronization without relying on manual processes. Additionally, the notification engine stands out to me as a particularly useful feature. It effectively keeps learners informed and ensures compliance across the organization by sending automatic updates regarding deadlines, enrollment reminders, completion status, and upcoming sessions. This feature has significantly driven higher course completion rates without the need for manual follow-ups. The ease of initial setup was also noteworthy, making the whole process smooth from the start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

I didn't like that the instructor-led training tools in Docebo still need refinement. There are limitations in how session automation, instructor permissions, calendar formatting, and dynamic group sync operate, and these create a lot of unnecessary manual work. Enhancing flexibility in these areas would significantly improve both the admin and learner experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

I find Docebo very intricate and confusing to navigate, which can be frustrating. The detailed nature of the platform means that missing a step can impact the entire process. Additionally, working with branches is quite challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible and Powerful LMS with a Steep Learning Curve"
4/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo’s interface is intuitive, and its modular structure makes it easy to build and manage learning paths across different teams and employee levels. The platform supports a wide range of content types, from SCORM packages to video and micro-learning, which allows us to deliver engaging training experiences. The automation features, like user provisioning and notifications, have also saved us a significant amount of admin time. Additionally, the analytics dashboard provides valuable insights into learner progress and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

While Docebo is powerful, there is a noticeable learning curve to fully unlock its capabilities, especially for non-technical admins. Some customizations require deeper knowledge or additional services, and at times the platform can feel overly complex for basic use cases. Reporting, although robust, can sometimes be tedious to extract in formats that are easy to share externally. Lastly, customer support response times can vary depending on the severity of the issue, which can slow down troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A customizable LMS that shines"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

The platform lets us create learning experiences that feel personalized for different types of users, so training feels useful instead of just another chore. It has all the important tools we need and can be customized a lot, from making our own pages to adding different widgets. The support team is helpful and always willing to adjust things to fit our needs. We compared many LMS options, but we chose this one because it is flexible, easy to use, and full of features and even after a year, we still feel we made the right choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

Because Docebo is a big platform and we are a smaller customer, it is hard to get direct guidance from their product experts, and support tickets are not always enough for bigger projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Onboarding with Some Setup Hurdles"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I find the content categorization and audience-based visibility controls in Docebo most useful. It allows us to organize a large volume of content into clear categories and control visibility for different data types such as employees, customers, or partners, helping them find relevant material easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

Some operations feel repetitive and require multiple clicks. Certain areas of the platform feel older than others. The initial setup was quite hard for us as we switched to a customizable LMS. The UI took too long to get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI-Driven Learning, Needs Expert Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I like Docebo for its AI-driven learning architecture combined with strong enterprise-grade configurability. It uses machine learning models to automatically tag and customize learning assets while providing recommendations based on user profiles, including skill sets and historical learning. I also appreciate its support for REST APIs, SSO, and native integrations, making it easier to integrate with other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

The major drawback which I see is its complexity of advance configuration, setting up its custom learning workflows and competency framework require a trained and expert. Also depth of native technical skill is limited , these cases require third party assessment to overall system complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Features with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I love Docebo's auto tagging feature, as it systematically tags learning content, enhances organization and searchability, saves time, and boosts learner efficiency significantly. The gamification feature is another aspect I truly appreciate since it makes the learning process more engaging and interactive, motivating users to participate more actively. Additionally, Docebo's learning plans are incredibly beneficial as they present users' progress clearly and effectively, making it easy to track their development and understand what still needs to be completed. I find the ease of use of these features to be outstanding, contributing to an overall positive experience with the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

I am dissatisfied with the certificate templates in Docebo. They are poorly designed and do not meet my requirements. Additionally, the level of customization is very limited, which hinders our ability to provide a personal touch in the certification process. Also, the initial setup of Docebo proved challenging. We found it difficult enough that we had to hire external help to get it set up, indicating a need for a more user-friendly setup process or better onboarding support. "Effortless LMS Setup with Impressive Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I like the observation checklist; it is the most useful point for me. Docebo allows practical on-the-job activities to be added directly to the courses, enabling learners to demonstrate their skills. The built-in functionality is strong and it's easily configurable, which is why we switched from another product. The initial setup was quite easy, and I love the setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

When using bundled content, each item needs to be imported and placed into the course shell manually before learners can access. This process is very time-consuming and more difficult than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used Docebo to deliver an intuitive and customizable learning experience for employees and customers. I find the platform to be flexible and user-friendly, supporting both administrators and learners. The initial setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
