What do you dislike about Docebo?

They're pushing forward with AI "innovations, but the new AI features are half baked and seem mostly a rush to market instead of actually adding any real world benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Role Management and Intuitive Course Creation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

The best thing about Docebo is how simple it is to set roles and permissions for both trainers and learners. It is very easy to choose and give the right access to each person. Second, the features for page design and course creation are really easy to manage and understand. Third, I like the community part where i easily get the updates and explains about the new changes. What do you dislike about Docebo?

I don’t really find anything that I dislike about Docebo. The platform works well and is easy to use. The only thing I feel is that it is a little bit expensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid system with excellent ongoing development and exemplary customer service"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

Docebo is that rare platform that actually lives up to its claims. From the initial sales process through the first year of customer service and support they have been excellent to work with and consistently responsive. Even the few problems we've had were handled professionally and with care for us as a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

They are an Italian-based company, thus we struggled when there was an issue requiring Tier 3 tech support and all of the tier 3 techs worked in Italy. It cost us a day of delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Learning with Broad Reach and User-Friendly Design"
5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I truly appreciate how Docebo's onboarding process was facilitated by a specialist, making the initial setup seamless and effective over a series of meetings, helping us understand all features thoroughly. I'm impressed with Docebo's ability to reach thousands of customers 24/7 with a minimal training staff, enabling asynchronous learning that users can access at their own pace without needing direct interaction with staff. This flexibility and reach have significantly enhanced our training capabilities. Docebo makes it easy to set up a professional learning environment quickly without needing special tools or skills. There are a lot of built-in features, enabling us to deliver a variety of learning content efficiently. I find the integration with Microsoft Teams particularly beneficial as it facilitates live webinars, allowing direct interaction between learners and instructors, making the learning experience much more engaging and interactive. Overall, the capability of two-way communication offered by Docebo, empowering us to track learner progress and interact directly, is invaluable and unmatched by simpler platforms like YouTube, which only provide one-directional communication. What do you dislike about Docebo?

I dislike how different sections of the Docebo software appear to be at different ages of development. It becomes evident that certain areas have seen significant progress and updates, while others seem like older, legacy sections that have not been updated in a while. It would be beneficial if all parts of the software were updated to the latest specifications, ensuring a consistent experience throughout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The flexibility to manage different catalogs, learning plans and content types has been crucial for meeting our audience's varied needs. We are really happy with the community, which is a great source of inspiration (and troubleshooting as well). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

The platform is powerful, but some configuration aspects can be complex, In our case, the certification logics have been particularly hard to understand and required many tries before being properly addressed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tracks Learner Progress, Interface Needs Work"
4/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I am using Docebo to track learners' progress, which makes it easy to identify who the lazy learners are. I like how Docebo tracks progress using insights. It has made it easy for me to know which content satisfies my learners and work on addressing their weaknesses. Before, it was hard for me to check my learners' progress, but now I can easily track them while they are learning. It helps me see if the content or quizzes are complicated and saves me a lot of time that I used to spend checking reviews and learners' reactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

I can see now that the interface is a little complicated for me, I really find it complex for me, so I think that your team should work on developing that. A little complicated, but I think it is fine when it comes to the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Training Platform with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I really like that Docebo is a one-stop approach for training, covering everything from internal to external, customers, and even third-party vendors all on one platform, which makes tracking really easy. I appreciate its capability to generate microlearning and structured courses from PDFs, URLs, or PowerPoint presentations, which is really beneficial. The consolidation approach under one hood instead of multiple portfolios for different groups is a distinguishing factor for me. It also allows presenting different portals to different groups but still manages everything on just one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

Admin configurations are truly difficult even with training, but one needs more patience. Visual workflow builders for higher management would be helpful. Not much of a mobile version fan, but that needs improvement too. Tracking the course % for users could have been a good feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Learning Solution with AI-Powered Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Docebo?

I use Docebo to deliver scalable cloud-based learning for teams of all sizes, from small groups to a global workforce. I find it solves the challenge of providing consistent learning access to distributed teams because it's cloud-first and designed to ensure learners can log in anytime. I also appreciate the AI-powered content recommendation and automation, which is the most used feature for me. Trexivo AI suggests relevant content to learners based on their role, activity, and interest, reducing the effort needed to find the right courses. Furthermore, the initial setup was smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Docebo?

Pricing can feel confusing at first, with multiple plans and add-ons. It takes time to clearly understand which options are truly needed to get the best value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
