## Docebo Reviews
  ### 1. Flexible and powerful LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn H. | Application Engineering Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

We evaluated many different LMS platforms as we looked to launch our first e-learning platform for customer and employee education. We ultimately chose Docebo because of its strong set of capabilities, it flexibility, it's vibrant user community, and ease of use for administrators and users. During an evaluation, it is difficult to fully exercise any solution to gain full confidence that it can meet your current and future needs. However, during that evaluation phase we had the most confidence that Docebo was the best fit. 1 year post-sale we are very happy with our choice. We have run into speed bumps, but never road blocks; due to the flexibility and power of the platform we have always found a way to accomplish our goals. That was not true with many of the other platforms we evaluated. We also appreciated the hands-on guidance from our implementation team.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

As Docebo is larger than many of the other solutions we considered and we are a smaller customer, we have little impact on their product roadmap. After our successful initial implementation, we are looking to make further improvements. For larger and more important projects, we would like to discuss and brainstorm with product *experts* at Docebo, ideally on a call or web meeting. That doesn't seem to be readily available with our support level. Their support is responsive and helpful, but for medium to larger projects, individual support tickets aren't so effective. That said their user community is quite vibrant and has filled that gap well for us.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Docebo to provide training for our customers, partners, and employees. Docebo is very easy to use for our learners and administrators, which allows us to scale its impact efficiently. This has allowed us to train more people with less time invested.

  ### 2. Extremely Helpful, Fast Support from Our CSM Ben G.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Our team, especially our Customer Success Manager, Ben G., who is always extremely helpful and quick to respond to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Sometimes features that are available for various parts of the platform, like duplicating, don't duplicate every part of the item in full.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LMS - having all of our training, reporting, etc. all in one place.

  ### 3. Docebo for Better Learning Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danushka D. | Learning Management System Administrator, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

It has more integrations and automation capabilities

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Bit Complex and more and more options if you are new, have to learn a big.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automatic enrolment based on the user categories

  ### 4. Flexible and user-friendly LMS.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I appreciate the flexibility Docebo offers in customizing widgets, allowing us to tailor the platform's interface to our specific needs. The intuitive reporting tools make it easy to track learner progress and course effectiveness. Additionally, the ability to create courses and organise them into structured Learning Plans provides a streamlined approach to managing training programs.

Another standout aspect is the support from the Service Desk. Their assistance is generally of a high standard, and we consistently find solutions to our issues promptly.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some parts of the UI feel slightly outdated in terms of functionality - certain actions require too many steps or are not as intuitive as they could be, but I’ve noticed regular updates and improvements, which show that the platform is evolving in the right direction.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo simplifies learning management by offering an intuitive platform for course creation, delivery, and tracking. It helps us ensure compliance (like mandatory training completion) with automated reminders and progress monitoring, while its analytics provide visibility into learner engagement. This saves time, reduces manual work, and keeps training organized—whether for onboarding, upskilling, or company-wide initiatives.

  ### 5. Good LMS with constant attention to growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mateo J. | LMS Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

It is a robust platform with options for many different use cases. We are able to manage one domain for our external customers as well as another for our internal users. They have improved communication surrounding new updates and features and that helps us to plan for them.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

More difficult support issues can take many agents and longer times to resolve, if they ever get resolved. Better flexibility within each feature would help us really utilize them.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo has allowed us to use just one vendor for 3 different areas of the company, each with it's own needs, content, and features.

  ### 6. A User-Friendly LMS with Room to Grow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin N. | Learning and Development Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like how easy it is to use—both for admins and learners. The interface is clean, and it’s simple to create learning paths and track progress. Integrations with other tools are also super helpful.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some parts can be a bit tricky to set up at first, especially custom reports or workflows. Also, support response times could be better.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo helps us centralize all our training in one place, which makes it easier to manage courses, track learner progress, and ensure consistency across teams. It saves time on admin tasks and helps us deliver training at scale, especially for remote employees.

  ### 7. Solution to grow with

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janice T. | Sr Manager Skills Ecosystem, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

We chose Docebo as an LMS solution as it provided flexibility, ease of use, and the ability to create a visually branded and designed interface. Our team appreciates that there are meaningful enhancements to continually create a better admin and user experience, which is why we have added it to our long-term roadmap. I personally appreciate the admin support chat and email team. They are always helpful and responsive, and if they're not sure how to help, they get back to you with at least some kind of answer. This really helps to make us feel that they are researching and looking into the issues or questions and not brushing them off. I'm an admin of other learning tools and do not get as great virtual support as Docebo provides.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I have been an admin or power user of several different LMSs, and so far, there is not a perfect system. The couple's overall dislike of Docebo is the need to have an in-platform authoring tool that is robust, interactive, and has more options and tools. They just launched a version, but it is very basic. This would allow us to launch the platform globally, as other regions need in platform authoring. The other piece is that Docebo has a Salesforce-type technical approach, where they have premium partners that can assist with dev and API work. Their internal team is difficult to reach, and can take weeks and be very costly to support the platform. The premium partners are great although when direct technical support for deep and complicated needs, it's difficult to get easy support.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company was using another LMS provider that was not integrated well and there was low engagement. We did put a lot of effort and resources to build out the Docebo LMS, which paid off as we have high engagement, a deep seeded admin and power user team, and the platform has been quickly integrated into company learning quickly. We were also solving for the ability to provide a home page access to dealers that can't have access to all internal learnings. When a dealer self-registeres, they can take a learning path to receive a product coupon code upon completion of that learning path. This was a bit difficult to figure out and took a bit of time and effort but it it is active and have great engagement with dealers so far.

  ### 8. Great platform to learn

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrija M. | Social Media Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Its modern interface makes it easy for both administrators and learners. The AI-based content recommendations and integrations with tools like zoom is amazing feature. I also love the customization option.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The reporting feature has a bit of a learning curve. It would be great to see out of the box, customizable dashboard.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

e use Docebo to onboard new employees, upskill existing teams, and train external partners. It has drastically improved our training delivery speed and learner engagement. The ability to track progress, automate certifications, and deliver personalized content has helped us stay compliant and productive.

  ### 9. Docebo - Great LMS which is very user friendly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James V. | Knowledge, Learning and Development Advisor., Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

- Docebo is a very user freindly platform for both the end user and for the administrators managing the system which was very different to our previous LMS

- Modern look and feel of the platform makes it appealing on the eye compared to previous LMS.

- The wide range of support and resources on how to use the platform. There are so many user friendly guides on how to carry out certain tasks and the support chat and universtiy is great.

- Great support at Docebo from our CSM Aneet Brar who keeps us informed of any new product releases and also helps resolve any issues and queries.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Had a lot of connect issues when we first started and for the following months after but after the latest recipe update, these issues are very rare

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to keep all our training and resources centralised meaning users can easily access all they need for their role. We have also been able to manipualte how the training is advertised (Must do training, Should do for the user role and Might like to do)

  ### 10. Customizable & User Friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzy S. | Learning & Development Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The product ticks all the boxes for large and small organizations. It's easy to use, can be tweaked to meet a variety of needs, and the customer service chat folks are amazing.

I wouldn't say implementation was easy, but it was straightforward. Their onboarding plan gives you a roadmap for success, but you must have a dedicated team who understands LMS administration to put in the work. Their promises on the timeline are realistic. We successfully soft-launched 90 days after kickoff, spent another 90 days troubleshooting and working out kinks, and completed the formal launch at the 180-day mark. For context, we have 6000+ users across five organizations.

I enjoy the interactions with everyone we've come into contact with. The support chat is responsive and easy to use. The sales team was incredible, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and our customer support rep is approachable and quick.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

While it covers all the essential functions an LMS needs, some of its modules are limited or underdeveloped, and I find they don't often think about how the different components interact with each other or in real-world use cases.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized learning resource. Training records for compliance. Off-the-shelf content across a variety of categories. Metrics and reporting. Knowledge sharing/thought leadership across the organization.

  ### 11. Mixed review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joris B. | Training Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

It is a wonderfull tool to organize and communicate to our learners. It has great number of useful features. The customer support is also great

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

We use Docebo with 3 Extended Enterprise. The support at implementation to the team on one of the EE went very well, the other team was left in the dark and had to find out a lot of stuff on their own. On how to work with EE there is not some much documented. A real pitty is that at some level you can't treat them als actual 3 different entities. e.g. you can't make a distinction between a user registering to an EE, to an super admin you'll have 2xcheck to which entity the user belongs. Also some inconstancies bother me on managing, groups, catalogs, courses, ... same idea but the way presented completely different and confusing

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it brings all courses for all our solutions in one place, also all learners which allows us to follow up and know what knowledge our partners, our employees have

  ### 12. System that keeps on growing and improving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Enterprise Learning Systems Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is an all around decent Learning Management System that has been getting continually developed into a platform that supports more and more learning needs at our organization. Learning Systems feel like they can fall into categories with how they are developed...and for the enterprise? There are very few that fall into a similar category as Docebo. We see and can feel the continued investments into the base platform on an ongoing basis.

The system has a rich eco-system of add-ons. If I had to describe it in one word - and you are looking for a system to grow with your initiatve? Docebo is seriously extensible!

Customer support is responsive, my CSM and Account Mgr relationships are strong and we are always learning about newer features coming along with the team.

Docebo's Community, University, monthly training events, and yearly conference support the opportunity to learn from others as well as the product about how to bend the system to our brand and will making it a welcomed tool in our eco-system of Saas. This goes far and way beyond and Help documentation.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I cannot lie - all learning systems can grow and improve in spaces. Being able to manage a system that fits most of your organization's needs is on the shoulder of the implementer and those that steer the implementer to take on. Its my opinion that it is still growing with skills and certifications.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracked training and learning and insights at various levels of the organization. Structured learning has taken on a newer life at our organization.

  ### 13. Effortless Setup for Admins

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

It is easy for administrators to set up.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Creating certificates is cumbersome and old.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Addressing learning needs for external clients.

  ### 14. Great and constantly improving LMS with excellent support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher W. | LMS Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

We have used Docebo for over 2 years now and it has been an extremly positive and productive partnership which has seen our team revolutionise the way that we measure training impact and even win some awards!
Docebo provide excellent and fast support and have taken the time to understand our business to ensure they can offer us comprehensive guidance and meet our objectives and goals. There is also a Docebo community where other system administrators share ideas and solutions.
The system itself is easy to use, customisable and user friendly.
User management is simple and intuitive and was easily moulded to fit our company structure and network.
Docebo are always improving the system and use customer feedback and an ideas portal to deliver useful and exciting updates. A roadmap of upcoming features and changes is provided.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some features frequently requested by the user community are launceh as paid add-ons but this is rare.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo helps us onboard and upskill a large amount of employees efficiently and comprehensively. Results have been fantastic with improved ramping times to get new employees up to speed and we have had unexpected results such as reduced staff turnover too.

  ### 15. Docebo LMS - Great Experience!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher P. | Digital Media Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Easy to use from both an administrator or a user account. I'm able to delegate responsibilities to power users to empower them to view their team, run reports, or even enroll users in specific courses. We're able to integrate graphics and our own branding into the LMS fairly easily. When we have questions or need help figuring out how to do something, they have a great knowledge base to read through, plus a chat system for help, and even our customer account representative can call us and walk us through something.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

It's tough to find things we don't necessarily like about the platform. Initially it was a little difficult to set up permissions for certain levels of users like managers or associates.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an issue with a previous LMS provider and how they weren't advancing their product to fit the needs of many of their customers. Docebo is constantly sending out new features alerts/road maps of what they're working on. We've had more stability with their platform than others in the past. It's easy to use for our associates and we have seen more engagement with Docebo's LMS.

  ### 16. Docebo Learn Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dayna B. | LMS Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Some of the upsides of using Docebo is the overall customizability of the platform. It is nice to be able to grant different access to different users and tailor the platform to meet a variety of needs. I also really like the quick responses from our CSM and AM.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some of the things I like least about Docebo is the lack of consistency across the platform. For example, some areas have the option to sort and filter columns or have a search field while others do not. Not having these options across the platform can lead to frustration and endless scrolling - especially when there is a lot of data.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo is helping to streamline our learning opportunities across a national organization. It allows us to keep accurate records in one central location which is a huge benefit for audit/compliance purposes and it allows our employees to have one source of truth for learning as opposed to multiple systems/vendors.

  ### 17. A very good product that will be always better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** gabriele s. | Digital Learning Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

What I like most about Docebo is its exceptional user-friendliness, both for the end user and the administrator. The platform is packed with features that offer great flexibility, allowing it to be tailored not only to the needs of the organization but also to specific projects you want to execute using it. This versatility makes it an extremely effective tool for managing learning and development within any organization.Additionally, the system appears to be genuinely focused on continuous improvement, with constant releases of new features or updates to existing ones, aligned with trends in the learning and development space. There is also a strong community of users who are active and seem to be heard by the system’s developers, which adds further value.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

What I don’t like is that large-scale usability, for example, in highly structured international companies with many stakeholders, requires careful planning. However, this planning may need to be revised due to updates and new features that the system releases without the possibility of blocking them.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo allows us to have an LMS across the entire group that supports a bidirectional approach, enabling both top-down and bottom-up usage. In addition to this, it ensures all the typical functionalities of an LMS, making it a versatile and comprehensive solution for our learning and development needs.

  ### 18. Docebo growing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vince E. | Sr. Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

We consolidated our countries into one country all good so far.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

We don't purchasing of Docebo around world training yet.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidated all my separate systems as one.

  ### 19. Docebo is user friendly with comprehensive reporting, but lacks dynamic content authoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordon B. | Training Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo stood out for me and I love it still after two years for its intuitive reporting features, making it easy for users (including provisioned client admins) to pull custom reports without hassle. As an admin, I've found the platform incredibly quick to learn, which is an advantage when training others. Additionally, the course creation process is smooth and efficient, saving time and reducing complications. Lastly, Docebo is constantly releasing intuitive and exciting new features.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

One drawback of Docebo is the lack of an advanced content authoring tool, especially for HTML pages. Unlike some other LMS platforms, it doesn't have an in-product capability to create dynamic HTML pages or designs in courses similar to Canva. Adding this would elevate the platform's value significantly.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo solves the problem of complex LMS' by offering an intuitive platform, reporting tools, a user-friendly design, and intuitive new features.

  ### 20. Easy to Implement with Excellent Support, Though sometimes it's a bit slow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The product is easy to implement, and the customer support, including pre-sales assistance, is very good.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

This platform isn't very well known in Italy, and I have noticed that it can be a bit slow at times.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all employees trained simultaneously, on the same topic and at the same level, is very beneficial.

  ### 21. A Powerful and Customizable User Education Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah G. | Lead Certification Manager, Master Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The ability to create the best user education experience by being able to create and customize learning material, user experience, and enrich the user's experience with additional add-ons that plug into our business and other systems used is huge. Docebo offers a vast array of solutions for whatever our needs are. As a leader, their user analytics and Insights dashboard serve up the information I need to gauge and measure impact and success, and in turn, can share this insight with other admins so that all learning leaders within our company as well as those created as customer admin are informed and enabled. As a user in their community I know my voice is heard and it matters, product improvements and releases are not only relevant but are usually an answer to a need asked en mass.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I occasionally get a version of writer's block when it comes to creating a page or a course in a new or creative way, while Docebo offers fully-customizable widgets and blocks of content, guidance on building a page to meet a specific need would be appreciated, choosing from pre-loaded page templates would be amazing. There is also a big need for universal links to courses, currently we utilize a few sub-domains and each set requires unique links, rather than being able to share one universal link to anyone who needs to access. We're managing for now, but it would be a huge improvement.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to serve up customized learning experiences to our different user groups, based on each group's needs. Translated material and accessible experiences provided to all is easily configurable, and we are able to share admin responsibility and tasks amongst our internal teams to help manage their customers directly. We are now able to collect and analyze our user data, and view via their beautiful dashboards, which makes communicating value up to our leaders smooth and easily accomplished. Docebo is also keeping up with the times and we are excited to dive into AI-generated course content and assessment questions, further expanding on our ability to provide a customized and deeply informed experience to our users.

  ### 22. Transforming Training through Seamless E-Learning

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Furniture | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is a powerful LMS designed to deliver and scale modern learning experiences across various industries, including an intuitive interface, support of diverse content formats, and customizable learning paths. Docebo has helped bring our company's training initiatives to an e-learning experience, streamlining accountability and digitizing our completion records cross-departmentally.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

While the desktop platform is easily accessed and navigated, we have had some experience with mobile users struggling to login to and navigate the Go.Learn app with ease.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo has allowed our organization to transform our training strategy from primarily manually recorded instructor-led sessions to digital learning courses with powerful insight tools. We are now able to facilitate standardized learning objectives across the company with ease and provide executives with quantifiable knowledge statistics supporting the training department's impact.

  ### 23. Great LMS!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren C. | Regional Talent Development Manager, Southwest, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo has lots of customization options that are great for an LMS.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

It takes a lot of time to build out the customizations and their reporting leaves a lot to be desired.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform helps to drive employees to one place for learning and helps the organization to stay consistent with training.

  ### 24. Outstanding LMS platform with exceptional customer support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

How versatile it is and the personalization possibilities it offers.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some platform areas (such as the certification or the certificate ones) are not so intuitive and can take some time to master. However, they offer a vast quantity of supporting materials and tutorials to guide you in their helpcenter. They also have a very responsive support team.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use docebo to host most of our Digital training interventions (produced internally) - both at global and functional level -. The principal use we are giving to it now is to track compliance training and also to train our customer care agents. We are working on expanding the use of docebo and boosting the engagement of our users with the platform with the implementation of more gamified experiences.

  ### 25. Simple implementation and use, stress-free experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Ease of implementation and use

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Sometimes the platform is slow and causes inconvenience in its use.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help colleagues to have a collector of information and guides that can assist them in learning the procedures and usage of the tool.

  ### 26. Powerful platform with lots of customization, a few limitations here and there

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Easy to configure as far as user management, page design and course management. Very quick chat response time.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Missing notification options. Some legacy pages that haven't been updated as far as UX/UI that make clean up tedious. My Team page lacks visibility for managers, doesn't show enough information that is easily readable.

**Recommendations to others considering Docebo:**

Think through your user management approach and naming conventions at the outset to avoid clutter.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance training, professional development for employees, manager training, employee onboarding, customer and SI partner training.

  ### 27. Brilliant LMS System with constant updates availiable to benefit the system for the users

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I like how easy docebo is to understand and the monthyly webinars for the releases which really help as this gives us a understanding on what is likely to change which gives us time to look into the impact of this.

I like reading through peoples ideas on docebo community as this gives ideas but also helps with solutions when we are stuck.

I have enjoyed customising the homepages through the system, changing the colours of the buttons and the layout options that you can have.

Docebo are always thinking of improvments to the system and try to make this more user friendly and they make sure it has a good look for users on the system too.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I dislike how difficult some of the customising can be when needing to round buttons. I like the basic customising but i think to change it from square to round it would be nice if it was just a button to select.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo is helping bring all content to one system and which makes it easy to track training completion and course completion of modules. This is important as we can then pull reports just from one system as it is all in one place and track what new starters have been completing and the scores of the training.

  ### 28. Enhancing User experiences Through Social Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily M. | Brand Ambassador, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo takes traditional LMS learning practices and enhances them by incorporating social networking concepts to engage learners in their journeys further.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There are a significant number of useful features that tend to be missing small part for it to enhance the user experience and expand functionality. Examples would be how managers can enroll direct reports in a course but if it is a live instructor-led training, they can not enroll them in the session, only the course.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform is providing enhanced visibility to users, both internal and external, on their trainings with our organization. It is also allowing us to expand access to tracked training content and allow expansion to additional departments on data and inclusion to this.

  ### 29. A top quality LMS with premium support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh D. | Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Aside from the LMS being user friendly and capable of everything you need from an LMS, I have to say the aftersales support is top-notch. The team actively work with you to set up and maintain your LMS. They are experts in their field, friendly and supportive.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

So far I haven't encountered anything I dislike. The team are actively improving the platform and making sure you're aware of the updates.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After using two previous LMS sytems, we were looking for an LMS that is easy to use and administrate and provides our customers with top-notch learning experience. Docebo has allowed us to quickly and easily set up training course for external customers and internal staff training.

  ### 30. An award-winning platform which has enabled us to become an award-winnning team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mairead M. | Senior Learning Designer, Media Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

We've been using Docebo to power our in-house learning platform, and it's been a game-changer for us. The platform's robust features, ease of use, and scalability have allowed us to deliver world-class training experiences to our global user base.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Pulling data and reports is a little challenging but we are reassured that this is due to change in the coming months

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo's team have enabled us with sterling customer support, account mananagement and new features which are improving how our company operates. During my two year tenure at my current company, our team has achieved 17 award nominations, of which we have been awarded 6 - two gold, two silver, a bronze and an overall category winner. This is a testament to the quality of the platform and how it had affected and improved our company goals in supporting our global training audience.

  ### 31. An intuitive, user friendly platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

For our context, where we are catering to a wide range of needs across multiple languages, and with a heavy emphasis on a look and feel coherent with the branding of our other environments, Docebo has proved to be a great choice. We are also happy with the steady stream of upgrades and improvements to the UI and features as well as first class support.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some areas of the back-office could be improved for when you have lots of content as we do to make them more user friendly. Also searchability could also be improved so that it covers all the areas of the site not just the course catalogues. We hope also that AI will make more of an impact on the overall experience than it does currently.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo allows us to cater to a wide range of learning needs for our global partners across multiple languages.

  ### 32. Evaluation CSM Pierre Andignac

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I had worked with Pierre for a few months now, he is always extremely helpful and brings new ideas. My LMS looks and works better since he is on the team.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The only part I am not that happy with in Dcebo is the Learning Impact functionality. I really believe there is a need for improvement in that area.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We acquired Docebo LMS and Learning IMPACT to streamline the creation of course delivery processes for our clients and to facilitate collaboration within the company. DLI also helps us to comply with Qualiopi standards.

  ### 33. Docebo, an admin frendly LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rabih M. | Senior Digital Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is not only a user-Friendly Interface but also has an Intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface for both administrators and learners.
With many integrations and new features the Docebo Team is always there to provide support when needed.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

NOthing that I dislike, however although Docebo provides different types of report we require a very complex type of reporting that is not available inside Decobo. But with report extracting we managed to create the report from the extracted information from Docebo.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to provide a company with difffernt brands one platform to host all the trainings and be able to have a different look and feel to each brand while being under one roof

  ### 34. Solid and mostly logical LMS that is growing in the right direction

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is a solid choice for a corporate LMS. Features currently meet most needs for running compliance and professional development learning programs, and a lot of the newest features/roadmap plans are ambitious and exciting, including their AI tools, Community cohort learning tools, and Insights for data visualization. The development team listens to the needs/wants of the Docebo Community and introduces new features/advances quarterly, which is enough to make you feel like there is true progress but not so speedy as to be difficult to keep up with. Recent changes enabled batch unenrollment and archiving, which is really handy. The Docebo Community is a friendly place to get answers and workarounds, when needed. Customer Support has been decent and occasionally exceptionally good. The new Roadmap feature gives a lot more visibility into what's going to be changing soon.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There are some significant drawbacks to the notifications feature but a new notifications engine is on the way next month, so I'm optimistic that some of the things I want to see will be coming or at least possible in the future. Not all entities can be duplicated (learning plans, etc.) which can be cumbersome. There is no real way to retire a course so everyone has some version of a workaround; that's not great.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any large corporate environment will have HR and Regulatory Compliance training that must be provided and reported on easily. Docebo is more than up to the task. With Extended Enterprise, it's possible to manage multiple "doorways" to your "data warehouse" which gives us a lot of cross-department management functionality.

  ### 35. The Docebo platform has many great features and regular updates.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The system is versatile, efficient, and has a modern UX/UI for admins and end users. There are many things to like, but those are the key ones.

Docebo helps improve compliance & risk management with automated emails to complete compliance, with escalations to managers.

The cost is competitive for a full-featured LMS.

We create internal/operational efficiencies by using automation and data import to automatically add people to groups, which is very helpful to reduce maintenance.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some of the reporting options are limited to the service, although new dashboards are now available. Docebo is improving there. I don't like the video player for channels. It's very limited compared to basic video hosting platforms that offer way more features and reporting options.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing learning content and effectively reporting on usage is the primary focus of the system. Our old LMS had many reporting issues and didn't have a good user experience. Docebo has a great user experience that's very customizable. Usability issues with our old LMS caused us to look at other LMS's. Docebo was picked because of the overall features that were well-rounded compared to other LMS companies.

  ### 36. Flexible system, covers most of the LMS processes.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoltan K. | Nilfisk University (Docebo) super user, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Simple to use, good support chat function, good workflows, they cover the processes well. Super users can manages the functionalities, roles, accesses in a userfriendly way. Not too much programming required. Power user roles can be created in a very flexible and easy way. Good, user friendly screens but the design is not uniform unfortunately.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The catalogues cannot be structured using subcatalogues, not enough searching finctionality for users to find the courses of their interest. Bulk upload functions are not working for all data elements in the system: we have to use the API Explorer which is very complex for not IT experts (Jason files etc.). To develop the CSV upload of all data elemnts in the system would increase the user experience a lot. Homepage designe could be extended for the colors, and graphical elemnts as well (no programming please if it is possibel). More options would be good to create automated assigment rules withot skripts. Outlook calendar integration is not working as it is expacted, this is a big disappointment for our users. Sending out the invitation is very complicated and it is not working as it would be required. The Docebo support site is getting better and better but in some cases the support documents are not helpful. They are worded in such a way that they are difficult to understand or find the description of the functionality what we would like to use in the tool. Eg.: enrollment options, creating a course (there are a lot like this). I would suggest to reorganize the support documents according to the functionalities appering on the screen using the application by the super/power users. The different data sourses cannot be linked with each other according to the requiremnts creating more complex Excel reports. The scheduled reports can be sent out in CSV format only (It is a big disadvantage!) Also a big disadvantage that in case the Learnig Plan enrollment message and the Course Enrollment message are both switched on, the user will get multiple enrolment messages about the same course. We are not able to switch on both enrollment notifications at the same time, unfortunately.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The learning processes can be integrated in the company culture much better than previously. Learning is closer to employees and managers, much easier to meet the compiance processes. Centralized database and learning processes worldwide. Better user experience.

  ### 37. 5 Star LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** preeta b. | LMS Admin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The things i like best about Docebo
1. skills management tools: a learner can tailor their learning based on their strengths and choose learning to enhance their learning areas. the platform can recommend courses to help learners.
2. Love the community and support with many great ideas.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Gamification and social learning needs more development.
Some items in the reporting structure can be better (observation checklist, learning plan reporting)
please add functionality for adding QR codes for courses/session/surveys
need ability to duplicate ILT courses so the duplicates have all the session information. Right now everything has to be rebuilt when we duplicate a course.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

building courses with many ILT/cohorts.

  ### 38. Easy to use, customize, and keep track of your learners!

Ease of use and available features. Everyone in our company has been able to use Docebo with very little need for training. Everything makes sense and no one is barred form their learning because of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Enrollment rules take a little while to wrap your head around

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo gives us a central repostory of all of our learning. Privously it was stored wherever eqach person decide to create their content (Google Drive, Slack, Salesforce, etc)

  ### 39. Docebo is the right tool if you are looking for an easy but complete LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I appreciate its scalability. Managing a few courses or thousands of users (like in our case) makes no difference to the platform. It remains intuitive and fast.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The absence of a log might be a drawback when looking for proofs about emails and notifications sent to users.
Hopefully the notification system set to release during 2025 will be better than the old one.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo is giving our company the chance to manage with ease training on the job. It gives us the chance to automate subscription between many different possibilities.

  ### 40. Docebo: A Game Changing Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo has completely transformed our e-learning platform experience and the way that we use this product at our company. We mainly use Docebo for our in house internal onboading as well as continuing education for members of our organization. The feel of the platform is unlike any other products we have looked at, and the modern look and aesthetic of the platform is great. The content marketplace offered has allowed us to upgrade and transform the content we offer to our membership. The reporting and data features offered are unique and highly intuitive for both our in house IT team to use, and for the users of the platform to use. Lastly, the support we have received the Docebo team is next level and has been a game changer in our loyalty to the brand.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I think there could be some more work done to increase the level of personalization features offered to enhance the HTML and CSS features. I would love to see some guides or direction put together so smaller companies can even further personalize their website and user experience. I also think the mobile app could use some updating and advancements as it is pretty bare bones in the features offered. I would love to see some innovations where you can completely transform the app to be branded and named to represent your platform. Lastly, I would love to see some upgrades to course offerings with some more modern and relevant courses that have a more modern and updated feel to them in the content marketplace.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo has created a seamless experience for us in creating a personalized and branded web interface, and has transformed our learning platform and taking it to the next level. The website is modern and sleek, and has extensive built in features that are easy and intuitive for our customers to use. It is so helpful to have Docebo on our side and to have a team of people ready to go when we need to troubleshoot.

  ### 41. Docebo is a solid platform to host both internal and external learning.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo is more customizable than many of the other learning management platforms I have utilized. My Customer Success Manager is always helpful, positive and quick with response time.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The setup assistance we received could have been much better. The system is on its second year with our company and we are still finding areas which need tweaking or to be built out properly to fit needs both internally and for our customers.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo is providing a solution for our product and technical service training courses and ILT scheduling.

  ### 42. Docebo is best for having a great professional LMS solution quickly.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** isaac b. | LMS Administrator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Easy to learn, understand and adapt
Fast support
Great communities

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Not plain advanced technical documentation.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting live training, off training, follow satisfaction and progression.

  ### 43. Great LMS,

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawn K. | Learning and Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo offers a huge choice of options to customise your platform, which you can take even further with some simple CSS. This is great for making it feel on brand and personalised.

The ability to log all of the learning in one place, which also includes face to face and external learning is great.

The service support team always respond quickly if there are ever any problems with the system (not that we have had many).

The option to incentivise learning via gamifcation, and rewards is ideal to encourage engagement.

They are always updating the software to make it even better.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The system is a bit clunky to get everything set up, which is why the onboarding is a necessary. I do think they can simplify a lot of the functions to make it easier for admins. I sometimes feel like they bring in new functions, thinking about the learner, and the people using it in the background are an afterthought.

We had a few problems with our invoicing side, which took 11 months to resolve, this started our journey with Docebo off to a bad start.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a LMS which offered a central point, for all of our learning needs, which was highly customisable. We also wanted the ability to offer bespoke learning environments for different teams around the business which Docebo offers.

  ### 44. "REALIABLE-If you need an LMS tool to help your employees learn quickly & efficiently-HERE'S DOCEBO"

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dee S. | Senior Course Learning Development Lead , E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

The number thing I love about this platform is the customizable learning paths that Docebo offers. Docebo makes this process seamless by allowing me to design personalized learning journeys that ensure employees progress through courses in a structured manner, building the skills they need at the right pace.

Its machine learning algorithms make recommendations to learners based on their behavior, which keeps them engaged and ensures they are exposed to relevant content. This level of personalization is something I hadn’t encountered with other platforms, and it’s been incredibly useful in boosting completion rates and overall engagement.

The platform’s design is intuitive and requires little to no training to get started. Both administrators and learners find it easy to navigate, which reduces the learning curve and encourages adoption.

Docebo’s support for both online and instructor-led training makes it a versatile solution that caters to different learning styles, boosting learner engagement and effectiveness.

The detailed reporting capabilities enable real-time tracking of learner progress, allowing me to make data-driven decisions. This also helps demonstrate ROI for our learning initiatives to upper management.

The mobile app offers flexibility for learners, particularly those with busy schedules or who work remotely, enabling them to complete training on the go.

Docebo can accommodate small teams or entire enterprises, making it a scalable solution for organizations of all sizes. The platform grows with the organization, whether training is for 100 employees or 10,000.

The platform integrates easily with various other software applications, such as HR systems and content management systems, streamlining administrative tasks

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There is basically nothing to complain about, which is already quite a rarity, when it comes to different tools.Docebo is basically only benefits without any flaws, at least judging from our experience

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the world of corporate training, one size doesn’t fit all. Some employees thrive in self-paced e-learning environments, while others benefit from instructor-led training (ILT) sessions. Docebo’s blended learning capabilities allow me to offer a combination of e-learning, ILT, and virtual classrooms, ensuring that every learner gets the training experience that suits them best. This flexibility has significantly improved the effectiveness of our programs, as learners are more engaged and retain information better when they can learn in a style that resonates with them.

Docebo has been particularly beneficial because of its scalability. In my role, I’m responsible for the training and development of employees across multiple departments and even external partners. With Docebo, I can easily scale up or down based on the needs of the organization, whether that’s onboarding new hires, launching compliance training for existing staff, or delivering specialized training programs for external stakeholders. The platform is capable of supporting thousands of learners without compromising performance, making it ideal for organizations of any size.

One of Docebo’s strongest points is its ability to integrate with a variety of other software systems that we use in our organization. For example, it seamlessly integrates with HR platforms, such as BambooHR, and communication tools like Slack, enabling smooth workflows and ensuring that training aligns with broader organizational objectives. This integration capability has saved countless hours that would otherwise be spent manually syncing data between systems, allowing me to focus on strategy rather than admin tasks.

In today’s fast-paced world, learning doesn’t always happen at a desk. Docebo’s mobile learning feature has been a significant benefit, especially for our employees who are frequently on the go. The mobile app allows learners to access training modules, participate in discussions, and complete assessments from their smartphones or tablets, giving them the flexibility to learn at their own pace, whenever and wherever they choose. This feature has been instrumental in improving course completion rates, as learners are no longer restricted to traditional work hours to complete their training

  ### 45. A good, comprehension learning management system

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valerie Y. | Manager of Education and Student Programming, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Great ease of use and stellar onboarding program.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The roles that shift. In one calendar my account manager changed three times. There seems to be some disorganization on that front.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing us a place to hold all of our learning content for our customer community.

  ### 46. User-centered LMS, investing in the future

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

As a project manager, I became involved in the implementation of Docebo in our company, in different international and local offices, for all external customers. As a newbie, it didn't take long for me to make myself knowledgeable about the system, both as an end-user and administrator. The UX is very straightforward and intuitive, confirmed by our local administrators who mentioned to us that since go-live, they received way less questions from their users compared to the old LMS they were using. In addition, Docebo offers all the functionalities that you might need as a company, from integrations to reporting and content creation. Last but not least, we really like collaborating with Docebo itself, both our Customer Experience Manager and the tech support helpdesk are very proactive and friendly. This really helps us out in case of issues and/or questions since we're using the system on a daily basis and with over 8.000 users (and growing towards 15.000).

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

Some features are already available, such as the Teams integration and reporting, but are not extensive enough yet or practically inefficient to implement. However, we've seen they're investing in this quite actively, so we're not too worried about it.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a user-friendly tool to train our customers and some internal employees on our products and installations. We needed a tool that was:
a) user-friendly, both for administrators and end-users;
b) able to integrate with our other company systems;
c) provide reporting capabilities;
d) allow customization and localization for our different company branches.

After an analysis, we decided Docebo was the best fit, and up until today (almost 1 year later), we are still convinced of that opinion.

  ### 47. The LMS that works with you

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sydney O. | L&D Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

I'm most impressed by Docebo's ease of use and integration. Docebo works with our Slack, Gmail, Credly, and Udemy Buisness accounts. With all of these connections, it's so much easier to establish a complete and cohesive learning environment for our users.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

I would love to see Docebo become more robust in its feature offerings, especially around overdue courses, soft deadlines (for learning plans), and all things compliance.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo is allowing my organization transparency and tracability around learning data and its subsequent management. At my organization, it is imperative that adinstrators, managers, and the users themselves have access to the current state of their many certifications and credentials, their due dates, and all associated info. Docebo makes this ask not only possible, but easy.

  ### 48. Great base for an internal LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin N. | LMS Admin, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo has been easily customizable for us and allows us to create exactly what we need.
The reporting tool has been improving over time and it's getting much better.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

There are still some limitation, some quality of life improvements could be made, like seeing who has power user rights on a course directly from the course.
Customer service is always reactive but they tend to not be able to help us.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docebo allows us to create a platform where we can train our employees, but most importantly we are able to provide a solid career improvement tool.

  ### 49. Robust platform perfect for large organizations to help scale learning solutions.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Docebo enables an organizations learning and training programs to scale to new heights. Some of the most important functionality call outs to our organization:
- Allows a multitude of training materials to be used inside the platform (SCORM, Google integration, video upload, embedding, etc.)
- Automated reporting with a multitude of options (courses, learning plans, etc.)
- Has individual course links (to be able to link out directly in other repositories like Confluence for ease of access)
- Catalog and channel organization (giving the ability to easily organize content into preferred groups)
- Course customizability (thumbnails, length, certificates, etc.)
- Regular quarterly meetings (and any adhoc as needed) with a CSM to get questions answered and review system usage

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

The two drawbacks we encountered:
- Zoom integration/uploading: The Zoom integration for an ILT was helpful, but there was no ability to upload the recording to the ILT event directly after the event occurred. You would have to create an entirely separate course with just the recording, separate from the ILT, which often created confusion for our organization.
- SSO/HRIS integration/uploading personnel: We had to download a report of personnel from our HRIS system and add columns of additional information manually and then upload a CSV file into Docebo to keep our personnel and information up to date.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With a hybrid company like ours, having an internal LMS allows all employees to receive the same content and scale our learning solutions.

  ### 50. A strong partner committed to the success of my L&D strategy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sara T. | Director of Learning and Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Docebo?**

Everyone I have worked with - with the exception of one person who no longer works for them - is committed to understanding our goals and supporting us to achieve them.

Our CSM is very responsive. She recently took over from someone with whom I have worked for nearly three years. (He was promoted.) The handover was excellent and she has done really well in making our relationship her own.

It is clear that Docebo take their role as a business partner seriously. A recent example is when I had the opportunity to meet with Docebo's CEO and head of Product; although their schedules were packed, I was made to feel they had all the time in the world for me.

**What do you dislike about Docebo?**

At the moment it is meeting the needs of our learning culture. I would love to see more around skills functionality that would support learners track their growth in skils against a beginner/established/mastery (etc) rubric. I would be happy to be part of a focus group to explore this further.

**What problems is Docebo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the moment training engagment and completion is very important to the business and the current data and reporting tools do this well. New data insights will be landing soon and this will help me build a story that shows the impact training has on business outcomes. It is also easy to change your installation's navigation and design. We recently completely overhauled our site's UX and design; it looks fantastic and was straightforward to achieve.
