Allo Pros and Cons

Since we started using Allo until today, our communication has been more better than before.

We are glad to feel like we are all working and collaborating together even though we are in different locations.

Allo is an amazing and wonderful collaboration tool for remote team to be able to work together.

Once you familiarize yourself with the many features and options available in Allo, it can be a great tool for creating powerful digital forms. I have created several forms on Allo using a variety of the available options, ranging from simple one-field surveys to complex multi-step processes involving multiple input fields and pages. I have also created several mobile-friendly quizzes with animations and other features using the Quizzes feature in Allo. I like the fact that the form builder interface is so simple and easy to use that anyone can use it to create forms. The digital form generated are high quality and can be used by the organization in a variety of ways; for example, they can be used to collect responses to a survey or as part of a sales process. Personally I use the form to collect information for my digital marketing strategy classes, but I also use it to collect information for my informal market research on the different business models and platforms available in the marketplace. I also use Allo platform to collect data from prospects about their needs and preferences so that I can tailor my sales pitches to match the preferences of my potential customers. One of the major drawbacks of using Allo is the steep learning curve associated with it. When you first open the platform, you will be overwhelmed with the number of features and options available. It will take some time for you to learn how to create forms with the various options that are available. The process of learning the interface and creating your first form is not as easy as it might look on the surface. I had to spend some time familiarizing myself with the various features, options, and controls before I could successfully create a form. We implemented Allo couple of months ago, and ever since we started to use it, our communication got more efficient than before.

Overall, we liked the product, however, if I were to give complaints, it would be the interface and ease of use. First of all, making the account take a little while. And the interface requires us couple days or even weeks to get familialized and be able to use it fluently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I especially liked the visual workspace and the white board feature. It's been very helpful now that we have all been working remotely. The are still some features that are not all that advanced so do think there's an opportunity for improvement. I would suggest using it for smaller businesses rather than much larger companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best visual workspace programme I've ever used is by far BeeCanvas. I've tried many a few, and BeeCanvas stands out from the competition in terms of how it lets you organise your artistic endeavours. Its seamless integration with DropBox, which makes uploading images a breeze, and the fact that the whiteboards are updated LIVE are my two favourite features. Nothing about BeeCanvas bothers me, although I do wish the app version would be improved soon. But the web version is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has an excellent interface, and the dashboard is informative. It was straightforward to add co-workers to the team and assigning tasks to them was pretty easy. Following up was very time-sensitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The evaluation version was for only 14 days and the subscription packages were very highly-priced. In a competitive market where asana and other sharing team tools are there, they should revaluate this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Two things impressed me about the updated version:

1.The real-time whiteboards helped me and my team in many ways as it allows employees to review and optimize the visual content collaboration.

2. Options and their functionality is somewhat simple, hence saving time that we all put into just learning about a new software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I faced a couple of issues with the BeeCanvas, but the support team responded quickly, and I successfully completed my task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allo is a tool that helps teams connect to each other. It is super easy to start using and doesn't need any specific training. Nice and clean interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main issue it has that is thee team board links will won't work and it is difficult to use sometimes. It can be recreated for easy use. There are some limitations also in the Allo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allo is a very competitive app in comparison to other apps in the market with a good design and features. It has very eye catching features and if the internet is good then message sending becomes fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because of it's core features it is not that much user friendly , it is heavy focussed on good internet and if the internet is bad then this application totally fails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
