What do you like best about Dixa?

The biggest improvement was the speed of going through conversations and ease of use. Team productivity has increased immediately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dixa?

Not having a mobile app is a bit of a drawback; the CSAT calculation formula is a bit more taxing and meant a decrease in score vs our previous platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unable to adjust UI layout manually - would be good to have option to scale UI as needed (have window scaled down to fit half screen so can multitask) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
