Divvy allowed us to expense under categories, add receipt screenshots, and more **What do you dislike about Divvy?** Nothing was to dislike. It solved our problem and nothing about the usability was lacking for us. Great product overall! **What problems is Divvy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Divvy helped my team sort their expenses, so all purchases are accounted for, which allows more flexibility in using our divvy cards more freely, like purchasing gifts for employees etc ### 2. I went to a restaurant with my coworkers for a team lunch and they let me know the Divvy may not work, It took three or four tries before it went through. **What problems is Divvy solving and how is that benefiting you?** It made it easier for me to get my receipts for business transactions over to my accounting team. ### 7. Then, it can be electronically forwarded to A/P for processing and matching with credit card statements. The whole process will be streamlined with a reduction in paper and time. **What do you dislike about Divvy?** Too aggressively trying to capture more of our spend this early in the project **What problems is Divvy solving and how is that benefiting you?** T&E capturing and reporting ### 8. It would be nice if it texted us and allowed us to reply via text with the receipt and auto-match it. Also sometimes the merchant name is not what you expect it to be, so it can be hard after the fact to manually figure out that "Soup Poet LLC" is actually "Johns Sandwiches". **What problems is Divvy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Divvy provides extremely easy access to get people access to company funds, provides a tool for them to be compliant with our finance policies, and also manage our internal budgets. This saves us an enormous amount of time keeping track of that manually. ### 9. I want to be alerted when a particular budget is low and needs to be replenished. I want supervisors to be alerted as soon as one of their staff submits an expense for reimbursement and a reminder to be sent if it's still open after a week. Stuff like that. **What problems is Divvy solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allowed us to get rid of credit cards with other banks, provided a great opportunity for expense management, and integrated with Bill.com which we were already using before we started with Divvy. ### 10. It is highly secure and ease of use makes it a great benefit. ### 11.
