The customer service is always helpful and available. The onboarding/implementation process was streamlined. The day to day use of the software is the easiest I've used. I dislike the Trym integration in Distru. This is moreso a dig on Trym as the software lacked many features that were a commonality in Distru. I feel by integrating with Trym they are recommending the software which I wouldn't recommend this software to anyone in its current condition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not lying, it is a BREEZE using Distru here at Punch Media! Every department directly involved in our day-to-day processes will agree. Keeping up with our internal communication, packing and tagging orders, tracking inventory has all gotten substantially easier since switching to Distru. It's been a year since we've been using the program, and I'm still finding better ways to use all of it's features. Not to mention, most of the time I need help with any issues, the team is super quick to lend a helping hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Suggested updates do take some time to see realized or applied. A live update on feature requests that are made into support tickets would be a really neat way to keep us looped in on when any of our suggested requests can be expected to come into fruition! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Distru ALWAYS solves our issues in a timely manner. Very helpful. I wish ALL chats (for other companies) were this easy to work with. Our whole team loves asking for help, simply for the amazing GIFS yall send us. There was even a day where i needed NO help, but wanted to thank them for the Culture and the Good Laughs.
