I dislike the Trym integration in Distru. This is moreso a dig on Trym as the software lacked many features that were a commonality in Distru. Not lying, it is a BREEZE using Distru here at Punch Media! Every department directly involved in our day-to-day processes will agree. Keeping up with our internal communication, packing and tagging orders, tracking inventory has all gotten substantially easier since switching to Distru. It's been a year since we've been using the program, and I'm still finding better ways to use all of it's features. Suggested updates do take some time to see realized or applied. A live update on feature requests that are made into support tickets would be a really neat way to keep us looped in on when any of our suggested requests can be expected to come into fruition!
