Distru manages all inventory through its lifecycle in our fully verticalized cannabis operation, from cultivation through sales. The platform is intuitive across all modules and the Analytics reporting built on Sigma guides much of our forward-looking strategy. Distru is a great software to keep all your business and compliance related function consolidated into one place! It is easy to navigate and learn with some quick toutorials and exploration. The support team is always there when you need them, if there is ever a case that support is needed for troubleshooting or asking a question. The reporting functions and constant updates to the user interface and functionalities within the system make the product an ever grwoing and scaling product with the growth of our organizational needs. There are some compliance hurdles and other functionalities that could be built into Distru to work like METRC in some cases. However! The team at Distru is always willing to take in customer feedback to continuously implement new functionalities through updates to fufill customer requests and desires. My favorite thing about Distru is easily their Chat Support feature. They always respond within minutes, and I have not served them up an issue I was having that they couldn't fix in a correspondence of just a couple messages. They also offer all around great vibes, which is appreciated on the user end. Danny and Jorge are great and are the first to come to mind. Britt, our Implementation Specialist is equally stellar. She has guided us throughout our implementation process and met with us on a weekly basis to provide a smooth path to success in our usage of Distru. Ive been using Distru for 6 months, previously coming from a different field and using other platforms for our inventory needs. Distru has by far been the most streamline, easy-to-learn, and functional platform I have worked with. Distru works very well with Metrc, syncing quickly and saving me time, as well as the inventory updated in real time as orders are being placed. I never have to question if my counts are innacurate because I get real time inventory updates. Navigating the plaform is very straightforward, and if I have ever needed assistance with something, the customer suppose team has always been quickly responsive, and have always had a great sense of humor. They really have all the details covered on the website and app, and utitlizing all the features has made things much more efficient for not only myself but for the company. Not a dislike, but a simpler one-click way of seeing what order an assembly is attached to be would be a great feature. My suggestion would be if simply hovering the cursor over the Assembly # would generate a bubble with the Order #. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new analytics developments of distru are unmatched. The ability to generate recurring reports is a huge help for my business. The Distru customer support team is incredible as well. They will collaborate with each other to get you answers or help you complete things AND make you a tutorial video on how to do it. We used to use a scanner to scan Metrc tags to create our invoices. We haven't found a quick way to enter Metrc tags in to the sales order due to the "exact" weights that must be entered on the sales order. Almost all of our inventory is pre packaged with Metrc tags and ready to go. I am sure as we become more familiar with Distru the creation of sales orders will be more time efficiently created. I use Distru daily for multiple companies and licenses. I absolutely love the integrations with other platforms and in Distru you can bring them all together in one place and easily manage them. Its very easy to use and it comes with a great team of customer support that will quickly answer any question you have. If they cannot answer something, they will make it their mission to find a solution. I dislike the Trym integration in Distru. This is moreso a dig on Trym as the software lacked many features that were a commonality in Distru.
