DistilBert Base uncased is a very good tool for your responsive method of UI. We had a use case to have responses to the questions asked by end-user on our portal, and we adopted this fantastic product to build the setup. And since it is based on the string of words to be used and then extracts the responses accordingly. And this eventually helped us to reduce our tickets accordingly.
