## Disco Reviews
 ### 1. Disco provides a massive shortcut for turning domain expertise into a professional academy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim K. | Application Architect | Co-Lead, AI Center of Excellence, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Disco?**

The most impactful part of using Disco is how it shifts the focus from the manual "grind" of course creation to actual expertise transfer. Traditionally, building a curriculum meant starting with a blank page and manually stitching together resources. With Disco, I can curate a knowledge base at the platform level using my own videos, internal documentation, and specific URLs.

The AI Agent then helps me craft a robust curriculum based directly on those sources. I particularly appreciate the option to toggle live web search alongside my own data - it ensures that while the course is rooted in my personal philosophy and experience, it also stays current with industry trends. It feels less like a generic content generator and more like a high-level "thought partner" that respects my unique domain knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

There is a slight learning curve in figuring out the best way to organize your source library to get the highest quality output from the AI. It isn't a "one-click and you're done" tool; you still need to be the architect of your knowledge, but it handles the heavy lifting of the initial structuring and drafting.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Disco solves is the bottleneck of expertise transfer. Traditionally, moving knowledge from an expert's head into a structured, professional curriculum was a months-long manual process that often required a separate production team.

By allowing me to centralize my own unique sources (videos, docs, and links) and using the AI Agent to draft the framework, Disco has turned a high-friction administrative task into a streamlined workflow. The benefit is that I can launch high-quality, cohort-based programs much faster, ensuring my students get a learning experience that is deeply personalized to my philosophy rather than a generic overview found elsewhere.

 ### 2. Great Community, But Too Many Clicks and Disorganized Features

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelly X. | Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Disco?**

community concept. Learning product. Able to connect with other platforms

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

the way its feature organized. Too many clicks.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates community, allows people to post, share, and ask.

 ### 3. Disco- the LMS Party everyone needs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lori J. | Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Disco has allowed us to create social learning experiences seamlessly and efficiently. Instead of a rigid flow of instructor to student feedback, Disco allows peers and colleagues to learn from each other's feedback and learn together rather than separate alongside each other.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

I do find the lack of built in rubrics tough, it makes it a bit difficult to formally grade students work. I also would love native HTML templates or ways to make the content more visually appealing integrating into the backend building tools.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we were using Google Classroom which lacked a true LMS feel. We had to incorporate so many additional slide shows, google docs, platforms, etc. in order for our courses to run effectively. With Disco, truly everything can be in one place. From Zoom links and calendar invites to assignments and asynchronous content, participants can access a one-stop-shop with Disco.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thanks so much for sharing your experience Lori! We're glad Disco has helped create more collaborative learning environments while simplifying how you deliver content to your participants. Your suggestions on rubrics and visual customization are noted and appreciated. These are important areas we’re continuing to improve as we evolve the platform. Thanks again for your trust and insights.

 ### 4. Innovative Community Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ismail M. | IT & Platform Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Disco?**

My organization had had the pleasure of using the Disco platform for over 2 years now. We were looking for an interactive digital platform for our members to interact, learn and share amongst one another. Disco was the solution, and the consistent added features and improvements to the platform has been a huge reason as to why we’ve continued to use and recommend the platform.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

There’s is nothing negative I have to say about the platform.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A central hub for our corporate members, program members, and general members to interact and take part in anything they are interested in within the platform.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thank you, Ismail! It means a lot to hear that Disco has continued to deliver value over the past two years and has become a trusted space for your members to connect, learn, and collaborate. We're especially glad to know that the ongoing improvements have contributed to your experience. We truly appreciate your continued support and trust in the platform.

 ### 5. Great app but too much downtime. Not reliable.

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antoine M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Disco?**

The disco platform looks really nice and is really easy to use. And it offers a lot of customisation.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

The problem is that they keep pushing out updates that they haven't tested, and they keep causing the same problems over and over again. It's so exhausting and frustrating. Every month I get a LOT of complaints from my customers because overnight some core functionality stops working. And because of that, they can't use my product at all. This is very frustrating for my customers and for me. The problem is usually solved after 48-72 hours. That means yes, 2-3 days where my customers can't use my product. And then 1 month later, the exact same problem comes up again, causing the same downtime. Or sometimes a new problem. But basically I have calculated that the downtime is about 10%. I don't know any other company that offers services with only 90% uptime. That is a disaster. They over promise and under deliver. If you have a serious business, with real customers, then you should go for a more mature platform. To me they are still in beta and behaving like we are just testers. Despite paying full price.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The content of my online violin school is on disco. That means online lessons, with videos, checklists, sheet music, etc. And mentoring for the students.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and candid review. We hear you, and we’re genuinely sorry for the disruption. You’re right to expect a stable, reliable platform - especially when your program delivery depends on it. What you experienced stemmed from a breaking change in Vimeo’s embed settings that affected how key parts of Disco functioned. Managing that is our responsibility, not yours.

We’ve been in touch, and your feedback directly led to changes, including:

• Stronger test coverage for third-party embeds
• Real-time monitoring to catch edge-case issues
• Tighter release safeguards to protect core workflows

You flagged a weak spot, and we moved fast to address it. We know you need a platform that feels dependable, not unpredictable and we’re committed to delivering exactly that.

If there’s more you want to share, we’re listening. Thanks again for holding us to a higher standard.

 ### 6. A gem in a crowded market -- Fantastic community learning platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah C. | Marketing Director and Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Disco is an incredibly easy to use, easy to implement platform that has transformed our training delivery. Customer support has been second to none, the team have handled my questions and provided solutions quickly and efficiently (despite a time zone barrier!)

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

There really sin't anything I dislike about Disco. However it would be great to have more native integrations (although this is easily fixed with Zapier!)

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For three years we'd been manually managing our training cohort – sending emails, reminders and invites through Gmail. This was time-consuming and didn't give our delegates the best learning experience. Disco has enabled us to not only save time, but transform the experience for our delegates – they can access on-demand content, resources and live sessions through one hub. Plus, it keeps all communications in one place with the chat and group chat features.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thanks so much for the kind words, Hannah! We're so glad Disco has helped you save time and elevate your training experience — that's exactly what we aim for. Appreciate your note on integrations too — that’s great feedback, and we’re continuing to expand our native options alongside Zapier.

 ### 7. It's the future right now. Community, engagement, and growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt F. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Tremendous platform - intuitive, clear. I've worked in eLearning since 2009 and my company builds solutions for corporate groups, academic institutions, government, not profits. We are LMS agnostic but this platform is fun, and intuitive and does a fabulous job of integrating disparate solutions into a cohesive ecosystem. And it's fun... and your users will love it. I used it first as a user and felt good right away. Super planned and intuitive onboarding materials helps even less savvy leaders build super functional courses, events, learning communities, learning environments and integrations.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

No downsides experienced yet. I've not been stalled anywhere yet with it.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Building an online learning community, courses and events.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thank you for Matt! We’re thrilled to hear that Disco has been intuitive and effective in helping you build learning communities, courses, and events. It’s great to know that our onboarding experience has made it easy to get started. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to supporting your continued success.

 ### 8. Disco is a very clean well put together platform that can be used for a variety of use cases.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Disco?**

It's a super user friendly platform, easy to navigate and customise to suit whatever your needs are.
The AI chatbot is useful when wanting to find out something about the platform as well as always being able to get in contact with a member of the product team.
Integration of other apps like Zoom and Slack has been helpful as well
Automations are extremely useful to reduce manual workloads.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

When onboarding members to the platform there is a limited question type with only single select, written answer, multiple select or link. Would be nice to have more options here e.g. a dropdown single/ multiple select for Qs with lots of options.
For our specific use case, it would be better if there was an application form section that could filter into a certain product.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problem: We needed a place where we could simultaneously house everyone that has completed our 9 month programme (all alumni) and thos currently on the programme (specific cohort).
Disco allows this as we can set up the programme to run through one of the products whilst having the wider ecosystem present in the community for them to join once completing the product/ programme.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re glad to hear Disco’s been a valuable space for your team and community. Your feedback on onboarding question types is a great callout — we’ll definitely take into account as we continue to improve the experience.

 ### 9. Disco Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hanan A. | President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Disco has so many awesome features, like the events page, direct message, and different module options to use.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

Sometimes it can be hard to navigate which screen to go to in order to find something.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting people virtually who are disconnected in person!

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thanks for sharing this, Hanan. It’s great to hear that features like events, messaging, and module options are helping you build stronger connections in your community — that’s exactly what we aim for. Navigation is something we’re actively thinking about, especially as more features roll out. Your feedback is a helpful nudge as we work on making things more intuitive.

 ### 10. Easy to use and perfect for community management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olivia A. | Programme and Portfolio Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Disco?**

How easy it is to use and user-friendly it is.You can create beautiful products in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

There is no downside it is a great product.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one platform for our community to go to for all their learning and events.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thank you, Olivia! So glad to hear Disco’s been easy to use and helped you create great experiences quickly. Having everything in one place for your community is exactly the kind of support we hope to provide. We appreciate you being part of the journey.

 ### 11. Flexible platform backed by a responsive team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick L. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Disco is an incredibly flexible platform serving a variety of our needs and streamlining practically all of our operations and activities and interactions with our various audiences. It makes it easy to both segment and bring together our various audiences. The dev team has been incredible responsive on new features and working out any bugs. On top of that, in spite of its incredible flexibility, it remains one of the best-looking and quality UX experiences of any similar platform on the market.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

It's still an early-market product, and while this has advantages, it also means that not everything is as holistically integrated as it will come to be over time. A product like this will always deal with feature-bloat, and adding new features will create all sorts of user conflicts and design challenges. The team has managed it incredibly well so far and are continuing to improve at a rapid pace, but there are areas where it creates some confusion.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disco helps us manage both a startup accelerator program, and the surrounding community that goes with it. Not just stopping at basic mentor-management tools, but allowing us to streamline our communications with our entire audience, and segment them easily when needed.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thank you, Nick! It’s great to hear that Disco has helped streamline your accelerator and community operations. We really appreciate your perspective on the growing complexity — it’s something we’re paying close attention to as the platform evolves. We’re committed to improving while keeping the experience clear and reliable for your team.

 ### 12. Thoughtfully Designed Learning Platform for Modern Education

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Disco's team is outstanding and they are deeply committed to improving the learning space as a whole. Their efforts go well beyond building software, and because they're working more holistically in the space their software is incredible. This is a company that understands how to build peer-to-peer learning experiences, and has created a platform to help educators easily manage the messy "herding cats" business of keeping students engaged.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

The tool needs an archive button that quickly and easily allows a student to get an export of their content (bonus if the archive is beautiful and easy to read). Students often want to take more than a certificate with them at the end.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disco provides us with an easy to manage repository of our curriculum, as well as acess controls for allowing students into our learning space. It's also the place that students engage with the written portion of the work. Disco also helps organize the calendar of live calls for students.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thank you for the kind words, Alex. We’re really glad Disco has been a strong partner in supporting your programs and learning experience design. Appreciate the feedback on how we can better support learners as they complete a program — it’s something we’re actively thinking about, and your perspective is a helpful reminder.

 ### 13. The solution to community building

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hunter W. | Founder/COO @ PORCH, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Prior to using Disco, we had many different platforms and tools for different initiatives in the community (AirTable for member directory, Google Drive for content library, Luma for events, etc. etc.). Not only was this a pain to manage, but it also damages the member experience. Engagement levels drop, members get confused where to find things, etc.

Disco allowed us to bring all of this into one easy to use platform for our community!

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

Truly just small things which the Disco team is incredible as taking as feedback and improving/updating for us!

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a space/platform where our community/members can find everything in the community.

We used to have different tools for every piece of the community and this has brought it all together!

We also love the Disco onboarding process for new members (workflows, automations, Slack integration, etc.)

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Hunter, thank you for sharing this! It’s great to hear how moving to Disco helped simplify and unify your community experience. Glad the onboarding experience has been smooth, and appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us as we keep refining the platform.

 ### 14. A positive experience with Disco: The Community Platform for Start it @KBC

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ann M. | Special Ops, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Disco?**

What we appreciate most about Disco is its ability to bring multiple functionalities into one platform without compromising on ease of use. It has streamlined our operations, enhanced communication, and fostered a stronger sense of community within Start it @KBC.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

While our experience with Disco has been overwhelmingly positive, one area for improvement could be the occasional need for more advanced features. Although the platform is intuitive, having advanced functionalities would further empower users to maximize its potential.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expansion of the survey feature so that we can be even more responsive to the needs of our community.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thanks so much, Ann. We’re glad Disco has been a strong partner in simplifying your workflows and strengthening your community. We’ll keep your feedback in mind for future improvements. Your insights help us refine the platform, and we’re grateful for your support!

 ### 15. For once, there is no panic at the Disco.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Disco is easy to use and easy to navigate. You can use what you'd like or customize it to make sense for your business use case. It's obvious that real user feedback has been implemented into the product and not just sidelined in favor of "cooler" features.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

The only downside of Disco is the limited data on the platform itself but it can be called via API, if you have the skill set or team to help.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The current events functionality on the standard community we use is not great so we are using Disco to fill that gap. It's creating a cleaner and easier to use experience for our members.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Appreciate you sharing this. It’s great to hear Disco has created a cleaner, more usable experience for your members, especially around events. Good call on data access — we’re continuing to build in more visibility for users without needing to rely on external tools. Thanks again for the thoughtful input.

 ### 16. A delightful platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nouhaila C. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Disco offers the delightful experience that top products have. We are able to effectively build our community there which is the most important goal we have. Our community members are abe to attend our events, access our resources, easily communiate with us and each other, and so much more.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

We so far haven't expeienced issues with Disco.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to effectively build our community there which is the most important goal we have. Our community members are abe to attend our events, access our resources, easily communiate with us and each other, and so much more.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thank you, Nouhaila! It’s wonderful to hear that Disco is supporting your community-building efforts so smoothly. Creating a space where members can connect, engage, and access everything they need is exactly what we strive for. We’re so glad the experience has been a positive one so far — we truly appreciate your trust.

 ### 17. Disco has made our operations smoother than ever!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nafis A. | Entrepreneurship Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Disco has been a blessing in pure sight. The operations behind running a suite of 14+ incubator and accelerator programs, that span across several sectors is not an easy feat. Our programs run throughouth the year with multiple cohorts and founders being onboarded on almost a monthly basis.

Disco has allowed us to scale our programming seamlessly with their highly intuitive platform, and an excellent support staff working with us through all of our needs. I would absolutely recommend to everyone!

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

Disco is a powerful platform with lots of helpful features. There is a bit of a learning curve that comes with it, and requires quite a bit of time dedicated to properly setup the community -- thankfully they do have a great time that helps with onboarding and setup.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our content library and creating an engaging learning community for our incubator/accelerator programs more seamlessly.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thank you for sharing, Nafis! Supporting 14+ programs across sectors is no small task, and we're proud that Disco has been able to help you scale with ease. We hear you on the initial setup curve. It’s something we continue to improve, and we're glad our team was able to support you through it. Excited to keep evolving alongside you!

 ### 18. I love dancing with my Human Mycelium on Disco.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Perry K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Disco?**

I love the name, and how it looks. Clear steps in creating solutions for our global group of people. I also love the constand innovation, cool updates in creating a better solution.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

Only one downside, and thats not Disco, but sometimes a user can be very linear and deside Disco is not working for them.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One place that has is all. In our global network everything is happning. From meetings of Founding Members to weekly meditation. It's all there.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thank you, Perry. We’re glad the platform design and constant improvements are resonating — and it’s great to hear how Disco is supporting such a wide range of activity across your global network. Appreciate the reflection on how different users experience the platform. It’s something we continue to keep in mind as we grow.

 ### 19. Disco is Awesome!

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Disco?**

The versatility of the app and the customization is awesome. They've really thought through each use case and it shows!

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

I don't have anything that I don't like about Disco!

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's brought our community into one place which has made everything so much easier to manage.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thanks for this, Brayden — it really means a lot. Building for flexibility and real use cases is something we care deeply about, so it’s great to hear that’s coming through. Glad Disco’s helping keep your community all in one place!

 ### 20. Great combination of community and learning experinces.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Disco has done an excellent job of combining community and learning into a cohesive customer experience. In terms of user experience, the platform provides a one-stop shop for the features (learning products, community experience, events, and resource collections) that we hoped to offer our members.

In addition, the Disco team is responsive, helpful, and eager to incorporate feedback. They are lovely to work with.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

The number of native integrations is limited (though this can be circumvented using something like Zapier).

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disco solves the problem of disparate products needed to build a true learning community.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thanks for the thoughtful review, Jeff. We’re glad Disco is delivering a cohesive experience across learning and community — and that it’s helped you bring those pieces together in one place. We hear you on integrations. That’s an area we’re continuing to improve, and your feedback helps guide how we prioritize.

 ### 21. Great product for cohort-based learning and community building

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alistair D. | Venture Partner and Business Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Disco is like having your own customizable Facebook for community, lu.ma for events and Kajabi for content management. It is SO easy to use, easy to implement, has a great team and customer support and we use it every day! Great product!

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

Disco isn't the fastest website, and can be slow at times.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running cohort-based programmes, conferences and events!

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Alistair, this is such a kind review — thank you! It means a lot to hear Disco is making things easier for your team across community, content, and events. We hear you on speed and are continuing to work on performance behind the scenes. Really appreciate you calling that out.

 ### 22. Don't use Disco Unless You Want Engaged Learners

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott M. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Disco unlocks an incredible superpower: it makes every teacher the best teacher. The interface, flow, and lead capture not only works and converts, but it forces teachers to design their learning experiences in ways that match the best practices of learning design. You seem way smarter than you actually are when you use Disco!

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

Disco is expensive for those starting out but I have found it worth the price!

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disco helps me convert my knowledge into a product

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thank you, Scott! We're really glad Disco has been a valuable part of how you build and share your learning experiences. We appreciate your feedback and the trust you’ve placed in the platform.

 ### 23. Super intuitive design, admin panel, build interface, and customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Disco?**

Customer support, admin panel, integrations and automations, design environment. More more easy to use than other learning platforms we've tested. Onboarding of members into the community is seamles and easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

Video calling integration only availble through zoom

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Virtual community for members of our in person and remote startup growth program. Bringing together stakeholders in one place - founders and founding teams, mentors, investors, support orgs, service providers, and ecosystem partners.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thanks, Jeremy. We’re thrilled to hear Disco has made onboarding and day-to-day management feel smoother for your team. Appreciate the note on video calls. It’s something we continue to explore. Really grateful you took the time to share your experience.

**What do you like best about Disco?**

The interface is beautiful, and the features are continuiosly being improved and innovated on to provide an excellent experience for the learners.

**What do you dislike about Disco?**

The report analytics for the courses are limited.

**What problems is Disco solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disco provides a centralized materials repository, assignment submission, and community management platform for our programs. We used to use different platforms for these 3 purposes, but after exploring Disco, we've found a way to make it work for us and all our learners' needs.

**Official Response from Sam Sawchuk:**

> Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We're glad Disco has become a central hub for your learners, and that it’s helping simplify what used to require multiple platforms. We appreciate your note on reporting as well. That’s an area we’re continuing to evolve, and your perspective helps us shape what comes next.
