DISCO is a straightforward, easy-to-use platform that often has clients reviewing documents within mere hours of sending native collections. It has built-in predictive coding and artificial intelligence tools available out of the box, enabling users to make valuable insights fast within the documents. Clients also benefit from the predictable pricing structure based on ingested volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We've encountered challenges when clients have required custom workflows in their databases. For example, many emerging data types can only be processed by DISCO's professional services team. While they are excellent to work with, it is an added cost to the client which can in turn make DISCO less appealing when compared to the competition, especially if the client is cost-conscious. As such, we often utilize competitors' document review platforms when complex workflows are involved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I can have a quick translation for a document before needing to obtain a certified translation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Disco is user-friendly, easy to search, tag, add users, review docs, etc. I have shown people how to use Disco in less than 10 min's - it is that intuitive. Relativity places so many limits on the user, making you dependent on a project manager. With Disco, you can do everything, including allowing your clients access. They have all the same services as Relativity and more. Plus it's significantly cheaper in cost and most importantly, time. Once you use Disco you will never want to use Relativity again. I have used almost every single document review and management software and find myself wildly frustrated. DISCO makes document review and production easy and simple, which I appreciate. Support is always willing to help me and usually answers my (approximately one million) questions with kindness and accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that you could preview or adjust stamps on the documents as they will appear before production, and that you could customize the file names of documents during batch print (for example, getting rid of the numbers before the Bates number). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
