I wish we had an account representative that we could contact directly if we have questions or need assistance. We had one before the merger, and it was a big help. Also, I don't remember getting any notification about a merger happening. We use ESS for our backgrounds, and I only knew something changed when I went to log in to my account. I also sent an email to our account representative and never got any sort of response so I emailed the generic support email and got help from them.
