When I need them its for a quick find of a test proof or background info I need fast for a customers job. It also allows all our information to be held in 1 place and the website talks to other websites so we don't have to triple enter information for 1 person. **What do you dislike about DISA Global Solutions?** I don't like the log in issues we constantly have to deal with. The Driver Application in some cases is fully completed but is rejected becuase there is this thought that there is "hidden" cmv duties that the driver probably has when there wasn't. The other thing is when items are rejected (which is completely okay) it would be a lot easier and less work for everyone if the items rejected were all listed at once and not consisently having to resend when different reps catch something else. As the first person to see incorrections it is attempted to catch these but I will also rely on the help of the TPA to catch the reamining errors. It would also be helpful to add more clinic access for random and pre-employment testing. The inconvience with Quest and Non-Quest sites it's just an inconvience for the the employee's filtered through DISA. **What problems is DISA Global Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unknown of the items they are solving at this time. Instead of exploring the problem, DISA will just blame it on our IT issues. The issues they use to blame it on our problem(spam folders, junk mail, etc.), prove not to be an issue. Proof is when I was told that all of DISA's emails must be going to a spam folder. Background checks are essential to the onboarding process because they ensure that an employee is ready to work alone. The billing procedure has also been simple. There has never been a problem with invoice accuracy or timeliness. In the past, I've worked with companies that were less than forthcoming about their billing practices, which resulted in a lot of extra work for our finance team. I've never had any trouble navigating the site or finding the information I needed in all of my reports of use. We had one before the merger, and it was a big help. Also, I don't remember getting any notification about a merger happening. We use ESS for our backgrounds, and I only knew something changed when I went to log in to my account. I also sent an email to our account representative and never got any sort of response so I emailed the generic support email and got help from them. Also, I do wish the background reports were laid out a little neater. Sometimes the dates and information run together, and it can be hard to tell which dates correspond to which charge. **What problems is DISA Global Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** They aren't really solving anything that's benefitting us.
