What do you like best about Direct Online Marketing?

I really appreciate that Direct Online Marketing provides full wraparound marketing services. As a small nonprofit, we don't have an internal marketing or social media content creator, so having these services outsourced to experts is invaluable. Their team, particularly Anthony, has done an amazing job with working on our WordPress website, helping address our specific needs. Also, their customer service is direct, transparent, efficient, and effective, which contributes to a great product outcome. When it comes to search engine optimization, since there is really no "product," you are only as good as the people behind the company. I worked with Stephanie and a dude named Jonathan. They went beyond the call of duty and kept me well informed along the way as to what they were doing. All of the experts assigned to our account show up for every weekly meeting and, because of this, DOM is very agile and quick to tweak, optimize and pivot as needed. Communications never get muddled and time isn't lost passing information around. Unlike other digital agencies, DOM never tries to fit us into a cookie-cutter template and we don't feel like they cram on our account right before the call. They invest time and care in our business, listening deeply and providing solutions based on their wealth of expertise. Their communications are top-notch; clear, consistent, and very upfront about what is and isn't working. The relationship is productive, fun, friendly and 100% free of blue smoke and trick mirrors. I first learned about DOM through a presentation made at a Pittsburgh Technology Council event. I was impressed with what I learned, that DOM has a wide range of expertise that could possibly help my organization's unique hurdles. DOM streamlined our Google Ads campaigns that had been on autopilot for years...While it's possible to manage pay-per-click programs in-house, nothing compares to having a dedicated specialist monitoring the program more than we could ourselves. We were provided with a 90-day strategy from the very start, and stay on target with weekly status calls. Each week, we have a clear list of action items, for both DOM and our own team. DOM has been very knowledgable about not only what would boost our account specifically, but also digital marketing advice in general...We work with a specialist and account manager on a regular basis, and other specialists can be brought in as the need arises.
