Dinvy is super intuitive so getting up and going is very straightforward, which is remarkable since it is so function/feature-rich; one would think it would be harder to master, but it isn't.
Dinvy solves many nagging business/operational issues that other PSA systems do not address, or if they do, those systems are at such high price points they are out of reach for most small to midmarket Profession Services firms. Things like Revenue Recognition, Multiple Billing Entities, Multi-Currency, Product Quoting, Quote to Invoice workflow, and more.
The big game-changer is its Bot notification feature. This feature allows me, as the system administrator, to either select from a "library" of pre-built notifications or build my own to users on any data contained in the system. Better yet, the messages are bi-directional, allowing staff to respond to the message in the communication channel they like to use (Slack, Zoom Chat, Microsoft Teams), or they can also get go ol' email. I control the content of the message and its timing. The bot then takes over and follows the rules I established day in day out. I can then concentrate on more strategic aspects of my business, knowing the details are taken care of.
I love the data displayed within the system; it is right where I need to see it and not buried in some report that I need to hunt down.
