I would just add more space for notes in each company home page. **What problems is Diligent Entities solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has the history of all the 120 companies that I look after and it is easy to access and share. I can share with other members of the company but decide not to give authority to amend the info. The finance team uses it to review the corporate information and treasury to review the issued share capital. ### 2. I can process transactions and send documents directly out of the system for signing electronically, staff with access can retrieve registers and owndership information with ease, and the system reminds us when deadlines are due and automatically makes required filings at UK Companies House once reminders are acted upon and required entries to the system made. Additionally we can keep track of all our enteties contracts, licences IPs etc. from right in the system including the creation of an uploaded library of documentation relating to them. ### 3. Something like a Clippy tool for entities to suggest best practices for data cleanliness. **What problems is Diligent Entities solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whenever we want to find data about a company or answer questions about how we've historically managed our entities, Diligent offers a quick and easy platform to answer those questions. ### 4.
