There is so much to lover about Diligent Boards ... I frequently use Diligent, and am able to prepare meetings for the several forums we use Diligent Boards for knowing that each meeting participants can access their relevant material for all of these in one secure space, or even by pdf if required ... as well as being able to easily find, reference and archive.

Voting papers on Circular Resolutions easily made, circulated, monitored and finalised.

Easy for Board members to access / vote using mobile phones or laptops.

Resource Centre excellent for auxilliary / supplemental information and documents.

Self service implementation, administration and onboarding of new members/forums, and if anything doesn't work quite as expected, there is always the superb Customer Support providing very prompt response and the Customer Service staff are extremely knowledgeable and fix / advise on any issue or questions professionally and expertly! Least user friendly aspect I have found in the past is calendar. I have not used this in several years as we use other calendar software/apps, so am a little out of date on the use of any new features, such as integration with Outlook calendars? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The number one feature of Diligent Boards is how easy it makes it to manage board meetings and documents. Easy to use platform means board members can easily get into meeting materials and collaborate. I like how strongly secure it is, such as restricting the access to documents. Through integration with tools like Microsoft Office, documents can be easily collaborated with on while performing board related tasks thus improving efficiency. The one thing that I’ve noticed with Diligent Boards is that sometimes syncing documents can lag occasionally, especially with large files. That frustration comes about when updates aren’t seen in real time during meetings. The syncing may delay and while the platform is, in general, solid, delays can affect the flow of discussions.
