I like the interface for making meeting plans and I have found some outstanding innovations throughout because I can go back and review previous meetings and it has been very good and excellent. So far, the integratin has been perfect and the features are useful and efficient for managing meetings with many documents. I like being able to upload materials in different formats. I love that Diligent Boards does such a fantastic job of streamlining board meetings and board documents. The convenience of having all the required materials while making it easy to access and safely to store it means that you do not bother yourself with hard copies or documents pinned down various locations. I also really enjoy built in collaboration like comment tracking and version history. Working remotely, these tools help the teams stay aligned in an easy way. The downside to Diligent Boards is that occasionally larger files take longer to upload, interrupting the prep for the next meeting. While the platform is usually functional the delay at times can draw down on efficiency. On top of that, the platform doesn’t give you very much room for playing around with how the board materials are being presented. I love the product features because they work as described. I am a member of two boards of directors and I am very impressed with its functions, such as document sending and meeting preparation. It is excellent and easy to search for board members and useful for creating directory books and organizing all board material and it is easy to use. The product is good, I like it, especially for sharing information and making decisions in the board meeting. Furthermore, now board members can easily use it without any inconvenience. I like this app, its good for basic viewing and helps organize our directory, create workbooks, and its easy to navigate and have meeting materials in one place. Having never used Diligent Boards until my recent role I was, at first, a bit intimidated but after my first upload I realised how intuitive the system is. Over time doing certain tasks, such as uploading docs, have become second nature and the ability to link to previous books which have been archived helps lessen the load on Board books. For the types of documents I regularly upload the 15GB limit per document means I have to spend extra time compressing or splitting pdf's to fit and this can mean uploading multiple files per document. This can be time consuming when the agenda is large.

Diligent is slightly more expensive than some of the other solutions on the market but because of it's ability to link within documents to other board books we continue to use Diligent as our solution.

It would be good to have unlimited Committees available to us as part of the plan we are on, rather than having to pay per Commmittee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
