My board members also easily use it which is key! I summarized a lot of my likes in the business problems that have been solved section. that would have to be the best features of this product, **What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?** the lack of an "undo" feature when typing minutes into the portal. Because of this I do not take minutes in this tool which makes things a little more cumbersome. I don't understand why this feature is not implemented when every application out there has an "edit" "undo" function. **What problems is Diligent Boards solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solved a major antiquated document distribution process (snail mail!!) when we installed Boardpaq and got our board members and medical staff on it. As time has gone on, Boardpaq has proven to be an excellent, easily accessible document repository. We only house one set of paper copies as a result of using Boardpaq. I can get RSVP,s. I can keep all Board related documents in the Library, I can track who has looked at what. I LOVE that it converts imported documents to pdf's. Being able to download all of the documents and review them offline at meetings is invaluable. I cannot say enough about BoardPaq and how it has streamlined my Board related activities. **What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?** Some of the training was self taught and I thought the available FAQ's could have outlined in more detail, some of the basic stuff. **Recommendations to others considering Diligent Boards:** BoardPaq qill make your life so much easier. Large documents are not handled well. Diligent Boards has saved my Organisation time and financial expenses not mention trees. The application is easy to update information for users to have at their fingertip where ever they are. **What do you dislike about Diligent Boards?** The thing I would say I dislike about this application is the fact that the android application is not as flexible as the windows application. The windows application makes it rather easier to mover through the books with little no issue while the android application would tend to jump back to the first page of the book you attempt to go back to the previous page. **Recommendations to others considering Diligent Boards:** My recommendation is to improve on the android application. This is area in which my department have receive the most complains. The main complain however is the inability to flexible skip through pages of the book and go back to a specific page when needed. This issue has frustrated members of the board who uses their android devices. **What problems is Diligent Boards solving and how is that benefiting you?** As member of the IT department we realized that there was a high volume of paper usage on a monthly basis to generate what we call the "Board Books". Therefore we start to seek out a solution to remedy this exorbitant paper usage.
