It started by hiring them for execution on our website design and SEO but has blossomed into our "go to" for all marketing, email and promotions for a top rated Ecommerce retailer. They have not only added design elements to all new products and pictures but incorporated our overall corporate strategy into every asset within the website. What do you like best about Digitawise?

I love the team mentality and the rapid response to any problems, ideas, or questions. They treat us like we are their only customer and they are never too busy or unavailable to help. Digitawise seems to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week. They whole team is also very personable and it feels like they are true friends as well as colleagues Mostly they care! What do you dislike about Digitawise?

I wish I could meet the team face to face instead of all on zoom but the current world does not make that an option Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Digitawise solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the problems of different systems integrations between our backend commerce site, our payment processing, our shipping and fulfillment and our email marketing. What do you like best about Digitawise?

Everything! They were on time, on budget and continued to support us even after the work was complete and we had additional requests. Our contact is amazing. No question is too small or "dumb" for him to respond in a timely manner. If they support a small company like ours with such superb service, imagine what they will do for your company!
