What do you like best about Virtual Office?

It really is easy to connect and once we are all connected it is quite easy to share the ideas etc for weekly meetings. I actually prefer it to zoom or microsoft as the features are a little more handy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtual Office?

The free version is a bit basic. It really does need you to upgrade in order to access some important features as well as increase the number of persons. the pricing isnt bad but considering there are other options available for free it can be a little lower Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Virtual Office?

It is hard for me to criticize this product or the team around Virtual Office, because I am completely satisfied.

We have been using virtual office since the beginning of the platform and the development has been very fast.

If we had a bug or a comment here and there, it was very well received and a few hours or days later the desired feature was implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Virtual Office?

Normally, if you want, every Friday an update comes by mail what has improved and changed at virtual office. In some weeks I have received the mail only Saturday morning around 1-2 o'clock in the morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Best of Virtual Office"

What do you like best about Virtual Office?

The best thing I like about a virtual office is not having the overhead of a long least and staff. The virtual office allows you to work from home but still gives you an opportunity to have a business address, phone answering services, meeting room, and videoconferencing. What problems is Virtual Office solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used servral communication/video chat tools. It would be good to have "official" meeting in my company, or meeting with clients. But there is no serendipity in there. In the VirtualOffice, everybody can easily chat, and anybody can jump into the conversation. And we have found such kind of communication is the source of our teamwork. What do you like best about Virtual Office?

Virtual Office is a god send in the pandemic, as it allows for watercooler conversations and fosters serendipity during a pandemic with home office. All members of our team love it (even the not very tech-savvy).

Recreating our office floorplan was easy (and fun!) and the available furnishing options allowed us to make it more pleasant than it is in real life ;-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really love that you can display your office environment quite true to original and that moments of serendipity can happen again, even in a remote work environment. We are basically making remote work lots of fun and creating an atmosphere that feels like being together quite real. So benefits are for sure the serendipity moments as well as the motivation of employees and bonding of the team even when everyone is working 'home alone'.
