**What do you like best about DigitalChalk LMS?**

I like the way DigitalChalk LMS is set up. It's easy to use. I appreciate how it's coordinated with Stripe for payment and links to our website. I like the way you can manually add things easily, upload content, and have full control over course content. It's simple to add, edit, and delete things. The ability to change or edit courses and content quickly is very beneficial since we don't have to go through a gatekeeper. We can do it ourselves quickly and easily.

**What do you dislike about DigitalChalk LMS?**

Updating different course content could be done a little bit easier or differently. Editing quizzes requires editing them in each individual course instead of just in the media library. When uploading a revised video, you have to edit everything about it, like adding chapters and thumbnails back. These are minor things that can be improved.

**What problems is DigitalChalk LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DigitalChalk LMS keeps us organized and our classes concise and coordinated, while keeping our users in order. It helps keep us organized overall. Digital Chalk is always looking for ways to improve and provide new and improved ways for us to deliver our courses to our users.  I appreciate their innovative thought process and creativity.

**What do you like best about DigitalChalk LMS?**

There are many features I like about DigitalChalk LMS. Two of the features are 1. It's course creation and content management. The ability to incorporate videos, documents, and quizzes creates an excellent interactive learning session for students, especially students who tend to favor in-person sessions. 2. Customer support is responsive and knowledgeable, and the platform offers a variety of tutorials and guides to help instructors get up to speed. I tend to rely on verbal support rather than videos, and I am never disappointed in the response.

**What do you dislike about DigitalChalk LMS?**

Having worked with another Learning Management System, I can say that DigitalChalk needs no improvement. I do not have to learn 3rd-party applications to work with video creation or certificate creation. It appears that everything is in-house.

**What problems is DigitalChalk LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DigitalChalk helps me solve the following problems, which benefit the overall productivity of my business:
1.  Time Management - developing top-notch interactive self-paced classes that students can access 24/7 is a tremendous time saver. 
2. Confidence in Quality Training - It is a sign of relief that students are receiving quality training developed by the instructor.
3. Competitive pricing - the benefits of the LMS vs the investment allow for competitive pricing for the courses due to the number of students accessing the course 24/7.
4. Customer Support - I am able to provide timely customer support when needed because of the support provided by the DigitalChalk platform.
5. My Busy Schedule - My company is able to perform like a top-notch training company online.

**What do you like best about DigitalChalk LMS?**

Digital Chalk has made a concerted effort to add features to make their LMS more user friendly with more function on the Administrative side. All good adds! And they continue to look for new ways for customers to integrate technology into their LMS. Customer Service is a TEN! When we call with an issue, they respond quickly and even create videos for us to use and to share with our students.  We can refer one of our clients / students to them and they take care of their issues.

Streamlining of features and improving ease of use to reduce clicking and make content creation smoother.

**What problems is DigitalChalk LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the distance problem.  We have learners worldwide that cannot come to our headquarters.  With Digital Chalk, they are able to learn worldwide.

**What do you like best about DigitalChalk LMS?**

I use DigitalChalk LMS for online training, and I think it's an amazing system. I love it. The dashboard is extremely simple and easy to use, which helps me get things done faster. It doesn't take forever to learn the system, and it has a lot of customization options. I enjoy using it to keep up with current trends in the training world. The system allows me to create segmentations, tests, certifications, and certificates of completion easily. It's user-friendly, like an LMS for dummies, yet powerful. I love integrating it within my own site. The back end lets me see reports and student progress, and the support team and programmers are amazing. The setup was quick and easy, just minutes, and I'm also really impressed with how affordable it is. For me, it's a great system that stands the test of time.

I would prefer more color options to better brand

I am still hoping for an "Administrator View" which is different from a student view on the dashboard. Administrators should see everything, all the time, no matter if they have completed courses or not.

I really appreciate how easy to use DigitalChalk LMS is, making it accessible for everyone involved. Its reliability is another strong point, as I've had very few problems with our clients accessing the information we provide, which is crucial for our operations. The overall service is excellent, which reinforces my confidence in using it. I find the ability to seamlessly put programs or educational tools on the site incredibly valuable. Additionally, the process for clients to purchase educational materials is streamlined through convenient links provided, enhancing the user experience and potentially increasing our sales effectiveness. The initial setup was straightforward even when we were new to such platforms, and adding new courses now remains a simple and efficient process. I'm very satisfied with DigitalChalk LMS and feel fortunate to have chosen it over other options presented to us.

I find it cumbersome that sharing certificates publicly requires navigating through about three steps. This process could be more streamlined. **What do you like best about DigitalChalk LMS?**

DigitalChalk is straightforward to use both from an administrator’s perspective and for the learners taking courses. Uploading content and setting up courses is intuitive, and the reporting features make it easy to track progress. Their customer support team is responsive and helpful, which has been a big plus for us when questions come up.

**What do you dislike about DigitalChalk LMS?**

The reporting is solid for basic needs, but sometimes it’s hard to drill down into the exact data we want without extra steps. More customizable reporting would be helpful. Also, in general, the basics are easy but some of the advanced features take a bit more time to figure out than expected. These aren’t dealbreakers, but they’re areas where the platform could improve.

**What problems is DigitalChalk LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For us, DigitalChalk has solved the challenge of delivering technical training to a global audience in a consistent and accessible way. Instead of relying only on in-person programs or printed materials, we can now offer on-demand courses that learners can take at their own pace, from anywhere. This has made it much easier to reach industry professionals who might not otherwise have access to this type of specialized education.

On the administrative side, the LMS handles enrollment, tracking, and reporting, which saves us time and ensures that we can monitor progress across different courses. It’s been a reliable platform for expanding WAI’s education efforts and giving our members and partners a more flexible way to engage with training content.

The wheels of change tend to turn a little slowly. While they are an innovative company that listens to the needs of their customers, the development and implementation of technical change comes a little slower than we might like. That said, we appreciate that they are willing to listen to our needs and consider new workflows to help us to serve our customers better.

I use DigitalChalk LMS for training new and existing employees, and I find it very helpful to track progress and completion percentages. I like how easy it is to navigate throughout the system, and I enjoy the content creation and course offerings. The initial setup was seamless, and having all of our training needs in one stop is great.

I would like for the system to be a little bit modernized. The system is a little outdated.

A bit of a learning curve.  But I don't know how they would improve upon it.  It's pretty good, but still requires a bit of trial and error.

Anticipation of what content / course providers need.  Readiness to help customers.  I think these folks work their tails off responding to and helping customers.

The Flexibility of being able to configure the Courses and Test in so many different ways.  The implementation was fast and the Customer Support has always been very tentative to answer my questions in a timely manner.  They frequently take recommendations from Customer and implement them into the system.

**What do you dislike about DigitalChalk LMS?**

Need to have more granular Permissions to make very specific options available to certain people

Our old system was limited on it's capabilities in regards to testing question and options.

**What do you like best about DigitalChalk LMS?**

The platform is extremely easy to navigate and is use friendly. The system allows even "non-tech" people to create classes, add elements such as quizzes and files, and accept payments. One of my favorite features is that Digital Chalk is both an LMS and SIS. I also appreciate that they pull any payment prior to sending the client the monthly amount earned. As a small business, this saves so much time!

Digitalk Chalk also has good customer service.

**What do you dislike about DigitalChalk LMS?**

The discussion forums are still a bit confusing. When adding a course element, the discussion forum should be an item that is able to be added without having to go to a different area.

**What problems is DigitalChalk LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital Chalk allows me to have an LMS and SIS -meaning I can provide classes and students can easily enroll.

I love how smoothly the transition to DigitalChalk went, thanks to their supportive nature and clear instructions that helped me get started quickly. Their use of AI drastically reduces my course creation time. The video element and AI-facilitated importing of content are incredibly useful. Plus, the ease of integrating PowerPoint presentations into the platform speeds up turning existing content into online material. Overall, the superior user experience compared to other LMS platforms stands out to me.

I really appreciate the cost efficiency of DigitalChalk LMS, which is a primary factor in our continued use of the platform. I find it beneficial that DigitalChalk LMS enables us to maintain transparency and consistency in training among our diverse and large employee base. Its tracking capabilities and support for uploading SCORM packages are quite useful.

**What do you like best about DigitalChalk LMS?**

It is easy to create and execute courses for our customers. We also have courses in the Catalog for public viewing. By doing this Digital Chalk sends me an email notification so I can reach out to the customer manually but it gives us the ability to confirm they are really a customer and not out looking for dishonest reasons. I like the reporting options available too. When I asked for a custom field they were quick to respond and now I use that report regularly. We are considering adding third party content to our solution and our client services person was amazing at answering our questions, providing the quote and giving us time to review what was available. My boss who hasn't had as much exposure to Digital Chalk was also very impressed with their customer service and willingness to partner with us.

**What do you dislike about DigitalChalk LMS?**

Overall it's a great solution, I appreciate the weekly Office Hours discussions to continously build our understanding of the solution and their support's quick responses to questions. The only thing I dislike is what I have observed as gamification in their system. I have NOT used it so to be fair this only from reviewing their setup and watching their webinars on the possibility of adding it. It is geared more at a competitive nature than an interactive and fun way to use content.

It allows my customers and resellers a standard view of getting started with our complex solution. When they join a live training session they already have a basic understanding of the product and how to get it installed. From there it is so customizable it's hard to add to an LMS system. The whole reason for starting with DC was to get back some control over our content. We were previously with a service that charged for technical support, and would not allow us to do any in-house troubleshooting. DC gave us full control and also allowed us to forward client questions, as well as give access to their own tech support if we found ourselves in a bind. The time with DC has been low-stress and low-impact. I love DigitalChalk (DC)!

The support has to be one of the best I've dealt with. You receive timely and relevant help with great follow-up responses if ou need help beyond your initial question. I've yet to be left hanging without a question or issue being solved. Also, it was very easy to set up and to push out to all our staff. We run over 4,000 courses a year and this was very easy to integrate into our training program.

It's not a downside as much as a hope for future development. I wish that there was a stronger LMS creator so you could develop better courses without needing as much outside help. Something like Articulate, but not even that dynamic. We're not LMS developers, so as much help to simplify the full course development would be fantastic.

It makes it very easy to create a digital training session with the ability to validate the training's actual comprehension at an individual level; it genuinely is remarkable when you compare it to the competition. I ran the Quality & Training department for a significant shop-from-home TV network and utilized DigitalChalk for new hires and supplemental training. Fully applying DigitalChalk enabled us to quickly provide supplemental training across multiple call centers and workforce management departments.

The overall system is very user-friendly. However, the initial setup and first-time utilization of the system can be tedious and in some occasions, a bit defeating. I think it would be beneficial for new accounts to receive assistance creating their first training session as an on-the-job style of training.

Once fully deployed it helped to shave almost a full 2 weeks off of our new hire training. It even simplified the supplemental training process and helped to reduce the down time from a workforce management standpoint.

Digital Chalk was not our first attempt at deploying educational content to our clients - but I wish they had been!

**What problems is DigitalChalk LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deploying our content on Digital Chalk has allowed us to provide more content to our clients - around the clock, 24/7 - with the flexibility for us to create the desired flow of our content in-house.  It has also allowed us to automate a good portion of the CE/CEU process.

**What do you like best about DigitalChalk LMS?**

The best thing about DigitalChalk is the support team. You can quickly get answers to your issues or questions and weekly Office Hours help to expand your knowledge of the system functionality.

**What do you dislike about DigitalChalk LMS?**

The available documentation and knowledge base about the system functionality is limited. There is no "sandbox" or training domain available to DC Admins.

**What problems is DigitalChalk LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing remote onboarding of new hires - as a fully remote company, we need to be able to reach learners anywhere they are located. We also use DC to provide us with the data we need for measuring learning metrics.

Digital Chalk is user friendly. It is not a hard LMS to learn. I like the cost, to pay for it as it is used.

I did not have the ability to create large catalogs to market as a robust LMS.  I did not find any course training available.

I like the cost structure, that was a great benefit.
