**What do you like best about Digital Wellness Institute?**

Digital Wellness Institute brought a research-backed approach to help us with the feelings of overwhelm in my 100% remote team. The assessment was easy and yielded a lot of great discussion at our management team meeting. The microlearnings were also really popular.

**What do you dislike about Digital Wellness Institute?**

After our work together, we need to continue the upward trends - so need to discuss how to do this. We want more! Highly recommend this product.

**What problems is Digital Wellness Institute solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overload in communication which resulted in anxiety and overwhelm in our 100% remote team (ie we are all on computers and screens all day long with each other or customers). We learned productivity and focus was an issue because of all the distractions so addressed that-and saw improvements in work quality and quantity.
